the job of coordinating people and paying them and using your creativity with video edits sounds way more fulfilling than staring a terminal wondering how to binary search and fixing off-by-one errors. was it worth the pay decrease? I'm thinking of making the same career move.. Except for me it would probably decrease pay to $0 for the forseeable future
