An extension of the beloved #HighSchoolMusical movies, this series features a fantastic cast which includes: Joshua Bassett, Olivia Rodrigo, Matt Cornett, Kate Reinders, Julia Lester, Larry Saperstein, Sofia Wylie, Dara Renee, Frankie Rodriguez, and Mark St. Cyr.
This mockumentary musical features a group of high school students making a musical. We screened the first episode of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series and I'm excited to share with you that it's SO good. We loved the cast, the dancing and singing and the entire vibe was just a modern twist on the original High School Musical. SO good and we can't wait to see what #DisneyPlus has in store for the rest of the series.
We actually love how bonded this cast appears to be. We happened to bump into them all over at Disneyland the day after this panel and their relationships seem so genuine, so neat to see and I think this will definitely lend itself to the success and popularity of this series.
