Delta Force gun sounds are waaay better
The SVD in Delta Force is just straight money. They put a LOT of love and care into the weapon models, textures, animations and sound.
I see a slight of little glitch when he is aiming and shooting you can see inside of the weapon I mean its just a matter of time fix but still has a more realistic sound to it then bf.
Delta force looks awesome! Just hope they increase the sound quality slightly, but other than that it looks incredible for a free game
Otherwise OK or even great, but the P90 reload sounded like an open bolt gun on Delta Force. In Battlefield you can hear the Ka-Chonk! (pull to the rear and release). Just nitpicking
They both sound realistic in my experience, but BF2042's sub bass layer is just extremely satisfying and punchy

@@slappyjo1046 it’s not. 2042 always has that sub layer and Delta Force is always sharper sounding. It’s not an issue by any means, it’s just a stylistic choice. I like both

Animations are better in Delta, but loading in Delta has 3rd hand animation effect. Not enough time to squeeze.
I like the iron sights to be cleaner. It´s a great point in delta force
The val reload is wrong in 2042, never noticed it till now. cant just shove the mag in its a rock to lock one.
Both of them look great. Can't wait to play DF as well. Yes, I feel spoiled now that DICE finally has a competitor. Healthy competition is what is going to make Battlefield great again.

I like that there appears to be a greater accuracy penalty when hip firing in Delta Force with no center aim point in the reticule. it will be interesting to to see how much various attachments change things and what the weapons sound like out in the open.
God I really hope the next battlefield has better animation direction. 2042 felt like “we have MW2019 at home”
If DICE doesn’t have the systems in their engine for the complexity of 2019’s animations then I would love for them to stick with BF1’s style.

Battlefield 2042 unfortunately hasn't aged well in terms of the visuals. It still feels like it's missing 2-3 layers of visual polish. Delta Force being a good game (fingers crossed) can only be a good thing for Battlefield because this franchise desperately needs competition

Nah, BF42 It's the game with the most beautiful graphics of the generation, especially when we talk about VFX, what gives the impression of having strange graphics is the desert parts, but if you play on one of Battlefield Portal's maps, you'll notice this
@@gamingeuphoria7928 I have clocked hundreds of hours on 4K nearly maxed out settings and I don't agree that 2042 is a visually impressive game. Yes it's competent if you talk about certain technical aspects, but it is missing the details and extra polish that made the previous games so visually striking. The shadows, the interior lighting, some of the texture details. It's just not presented in a visually impressive way. Not to mention the reload animations especially on portal weapons are still way below the expected standards.

The Animation from Delta Force looks clean. Reminds a bit of MW 2019 and i really like that! Can't believe they want to bring this game for free. Looks better than the fps games we have now.

Is not on low, battlefield graphics look bad on interiors because interior lighting doesn't cast shadows on weapons like in Delta Force. Despite the battlefield being really good looking on every other environment.

You should have compared M7 to M5A3 instead of M4A1 cuz they are the same weapon
If only we could have gotten ONE major game release that actually had soul and character. We can already tell Delta Force will be a lot but will not be delta force or stay even remotely themed like it. It will slowly get more and more ridiculous skins and anime bullshit to the point you don't even recognize it anymore.
You want to know why Battlefield 1 was so awesome? Because it fully immersed you into the time era but still made a fun gameplay loop that took creative liberties without feeling out of place. Realism and immersion / authenticity and two different things.
2:40 I think that the PP-29 Bizon would be a closer comparison to the Vityaz, the Aks-74u uses a rifle round while both the Vityaz and Bizon use pistol rounds

i used to perceive Battlefield 2042 as the best modern theme FPS in terms of visuals/graphics for a while until now.
2042's M5A3 is based on the Sig Sauer XM7, so it should've been compared to Delta Force's M7.
The Delta Force game seems to be getting a lot of attention from people who hate the direction Battelfield has gone lol. It will be funny if Dice nails the next battlefield and people just forget about Delta Force haha.
Real weapon names, real gear with cool aesthetics. Authentic weapons. Good animations. This maybe the BF3 and BF4 of today!!

When shooting the Desert Eagle in Delta Force you can see it's a big ass power, meanwhile in BF2042 it nearly looks like a 9mm

Animations and reload sounds are better in Delta Force, but the firing sounds are mostly better in 2042. Firing sounds from some guns are better in Delta Force but it's very inconsistent
I kinda died inside when the Vityaz was compared to the AKS-74U and the M5 with the M4 because those two are NOT the same guns

I feel like delta forces reloads and inspects are a bot too over the top, but i have to see for myself how it feels when i play it myself

2042 looks like the FTP game lol. The DF guns sound 1000x better and they also have a recoil patter to learn.
Main difference is visual recoil which BF2042 doesnt have much

Just wish Delta Force had deeper gun fire sounds. Everything sounds very flat and light. The bad company and bf3 team knocked it out of the park with the booming reverberating sound design
These animations remind me of MW 2019 which had stellar animation work.
The time stamps are somewhat with their descriptions to the actual weapons being shown.
Wow, bf sound design and weapon handling is far superior. General firing, echos, each clips that falls makes a sound, in delta just when the mag is empty it ques the sound. Even the way the character holds the weapon makes more sense if bf. I guess they really take those details seriously.
That said, overall gameplay, stability, feature, content, updates etc is way more important than maximum gun realism.
If there is something Battlefield has ever come on top of other games is the sound design.
The problem is that when you get into a heated BF2042 server it starts delaying and even dropping sounds all together.
Been playing the prealpha of delta it's very good and I am a 20 Yr battlefield veteran gamer❤

Damn guy why empty reload both times. We didn't get to see any reloads with a bullet in the chamber. It's unfortunate cause they have different animations than empty reloads

I do prefer the 2042 full auto shotgun. Just looks a lot better. Also I think I noticed a visual glitch when ADSing with the Deltaforce SVD. Looks like the gun kinda clips through your face with the recoil

The gunplay looks a lot more punchy in Delta Force. I always complained that in 2042 the guns feel dull and weak. This also negatively impacted gameplay as you could practically crossmap-laser anyone with a 7.62 AR, nit very fun ir realistic. But DF seems to be doing a better job.
You can already see a difference and this is only the Pre-Alpha, like dude LOL.
I prefer 2042. The sound has a more consistent style though I do prefer some sounds here and there. I also never liked the animation style MW2019 pioneered with lots of gun shake and violent bursts of speed, I like the more ryhthmic movement you'd see in older FPS

BF4 still has the most realistic feel of gun recoil and animation, especially machine guns feels heavy

Game blows 2042 out of the water honestly. Better in every way. Dice should be ashamed of themselves and hopefully present us with an actual battlefield game for the next one
why hit the cartridge on the weapon... doesnt look cool just dumb... the hands look like they where inside a gely, oiled... animations for both are ok, just mediocre, but delta force loses on those - hitting on the weapon or taking out a cartridge with only a thumb finger.
