Got a question, are you looking to restore the machine or just get it running so it can be used as this will define what remedial action to take, if cost is no consequence then send the injectors & cylinder head away for reconditioning (injectors cleaning and re-calibrating and cylinder head cleaned, crack tested, skimmed and valves & valve seats repaired/replaced), if cost is critical I would still try to get the injectors serviced but it looks like you could try "lapping" the valves and seats with grinding paste which should be good enough to get the machine running.

Hi Steve thanks for the question, yes indeed to repair the cylinder head in an economic way, I have performed the valve seat lapping.
Luckily the cylinder head was in very good condition, no cracks.
I tested the injectors and the number 3 was leaking a lot of fuel, didn't spray regularly, but it looked like an open tap. I replaced it.
To do a work to perfection it would have been useful to bring the cylinder head to a specialized center, but this would involve a huge cost compared to the value of the crawler loader.
Now I have reassembled everything and it seems to be going great ....
Let's say it is a miracle that everything works, because it was unused for almost 20 years, from google maps it has been stopped since 1999.
I will put a next video of the engine ...

@@thecatSimo hi simo, glad you got it back together have you considered using diesel injector cleaner (best stuff I've found is Forte diesel system cleaner) mixed in 5 litres of fuel, disconnect feed and return lines from tank (gives you a chance to drain and flush tank --- probably needs it having been stood so long) put them into the injector cleaner/fuel can and start & run the engine from the can at various RPM's till you've nearly used mix (don't run out or fuel system will need "bleeding") reconnect lines to tank with a bit of luck engine will perform a lot better --- hope this helps.

Hi , Good idea, I hadn't thought about it ...
In fact, the fuel tank is creating a lot of problems for me. Very much rust comes out.
It is difficult to clean because it is not removable, inside there are metal plates that do not allow effective cleaning.
I put a filter immediately at the outlet of the tank, to prevent it from reaching the main filter ..
Certainly not so good a tank so dirty ....
I have already cleaned where I could go, but in the inner parts it is impossible to clean.
Maybe it should be filled with acid or whatever .... but it's 300 liters .....

@@thecatSimo has your fuel tank got a drain plug? If so you could try using a pressure washer (we've got a "hot" washer which helps but cold will suffice) followed by using compressed air to "dry" the tank, an inline filter should keep any debris from the rest of the fuel system.

@@stevehill4615 Hi, yes, I have already cleaned with the pressure washer, but in the middle there is a plate that does not allow cleaning in the middle of the tank.
      Thanks for the advice, Simo
