I'll give you uh 1 tip, the server and everything is good but get better SPaG ( Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar ), I'm saying this because I have 1 year of experience as uh MGMT member within a 5.4K+ server. I'm not complaining about your server, it's an epic server but increase a bit of SPaG and you will be alright.

Can I suggest a server for you to try out? It is called SWAT RP (All caps) and the server has its own discord/dizzy. (The invite code changes every once in a while) Lmk if you are interested. Love the videos!
There are probably multiple servers with the same name so it might be hard to find. Also, the server also has multiple other roleplays selected by the staff team. There are also divisions you can try out or apply for. (SWAT RP is the main focus on the server, and there are usually 20-34 players active in the server at a time - as well as active and reliable staff).
