Great video. I make chips with all sorts of veggies this way. My families favorite is zucchini with Italian seasonings on them, or a BBQ rub.

Amazon, I ordered it last year. I am loving everything I dehydrate with it. I have 2 of the round dehydrators and nothing was very good with them. Took too long. The excalibur has setting for different foods. I usually set mine outside because we already have too much humidity in our house. It is about 2 by 3 feet, just a quess.
Christopher still talks about how good those were. I haven't made them yet but he wants me too.
