I had the same problem and I never thought I could get better, but I just kept trying until I noticed differences in my drawings over time. It was like working on the figure as a whole then understand and focus on things that you might need work on, like hands and feet. I' am horrible in this area and it can throw me off my game because I feel embarrassed about how 'gross' it looked. Being embarrassed about how you draw or sketch can be your downfall, all you need to do is find you're own pace. You don't have to draw like anyone else, just find your own comfort zone.

First I want to say, I thought your earing on the right was broken until I noticed there was black to it. Secondly, your rings especially the middle finger ring on your left hand is nice. The unit with the sewing machine is nice too.
