Hie iam Swapnil Rangar, a hardcore Defence aspirant. I was recommended in Army (AIR 11) but because of medical reasons, I was declared unfit.

Jai hind sir when i introspect my self after watching this podcast and a priceless mentorship then i realize that ssb is a test of adaptability in armed forces with some qualitys which is must for a officer sir i was thinking that a village boy can't become a officer because he haven't better communication and english speaking but now after watching this podcast i have such as amazing confidence that for become a officer only communication and english speaking not enough we must need better physical fitness, knowledgeable about organization which you want to join , communication, problem solving thinking, and english speaking. And sir now i am a 12th appearing student my first attempt is nda2 2024 sir i am from village and from back 3 years i am studying as a tenant student in my district now this time i am doing work my qualities which is must for ssb like daily 3 to 4 km running and after that reading newspaper and daily going school. And sir because of my weak financial conditions i am teaching tuitions sir one day definitely i will wear my dream olive green uniform thank you jai hind

I have one doubt
I was let to wait for more than 8 mins i think before conference and they didn't ask any question in conference and i got recommended so is there any chance of merit in
U cleard exam?

4:13 4:13 I don't agree with the General's word "दादागिरी है भाई, सीनियर है " It is a question of a candidate's future and nation's security. By doing so called DADA GIRI, a candidate can't be Recommended for the medicals. I also don't agree with the General's version that a candidate may be Recommended even if a candidate is passed by one Assessor. SSB is a board of 3 Assessors and if a candidate is not cleared by 2 Assessors, such candidate is not qualifying on technical grounds to be discussed in the Final Board Conference. Because he is failed by the 2 Assessors as he is given 66 or less Initial Marks by them so his total marks will be less than 241 marks. It's very casual and not an appropriate announcement or disclosure in a podcast being watched by millions of young Defence aspirants.
Bro it's trying to implement his Power of Expression without even hearing and understanding properly to what sir said.
Consider marks 100+70+71=241 candidate discussed and may be passed if all 3 assessors agree

Kum marks ka logical and valid reason he to koi dikkat nhi hogi
Problem tab hoga if you are not involved in something else, except studies,
You would be putting your efforts somewhere else as your marks are less, may be sports, or any other cocurricular activity.
He wants to know whether you were using your energy productively or not.
And you know that better, whether it is a problem for you or not..
