I suggest looking into a rock n roller cart and the accessory bag for your cables and mics. There’s also a bag that hangs for tripods and mic stands. Or you could look into a cablephyle bag.

good video, one of the reasons I have almost given up live music is due to the incredible effort it is to sent up and pack up. People don't realise the effort. Best wished on future videos :)
Yeah, that can be a pain point. But I've worked a lot harder for less!

I know a few companies now make backpacks designed with gigging musicians in mind.
PRS and D'Addario come to mind, but I'm sure there are others.
Yes, there are several. The issue I have with bags 'made for that specific purpose' is that they're often overpriced. A regular gym bag would probably do the trick just as good.
Have you looked into the Daddario backpack to replace your suitcases sweat water has them for around $220

I ended up getting the EV 50m and am considering getting the roller case but it's really expensive and the reviews I've seen have said that it's hard to roll. What is your long term experience with the rolling case?
I’ve never used the EV roller case but I prefer a larger cart like the one I have to carry everything. If you have a roller case for the EV but not everything else, that’s two large components you’re rolling around
Why u not using the mic mechanic anymore?
It's one less thing to connect and worry about. I've been using the reverb and compression on my soundboard and that works just fine. I've been on this kick to simplify
