I binge watch your videos. I grew up in the eighties and make movieprops from that era. The information, history, walkthroughs, tutorials, nostalgia, attention to detail, excellent craftmanship and your personalities in the videos are just fantastic. PVS for me. My first suit was the Galaxy Trading in 98 and the ABS badly yellowed. I am hoping the PVC will last longer!

Would you guys talk about the differences of the Stormtrooper Helmets over all 3 movies? Did they use the same helmets in every movie? I know that ESB helms had the black teeth, but I don't know why? That sort of idea...similarities & differences across all 3 ANH, ESB and ROTJ. I mean I imagine certain helmets were reused, but when they did add or make new ones, what were the 5 W's involved?
They didn't use the same helmets over the 3 movies. In ESB they reused the ANH helmet and made some minor changes (frown painted black, decals replacing painted stripes, eyes trimmed). The ROTJ helmet is quite different in shape to these and I think was a recast of one of them, but not sure about its history.
Thanks Ben, I do not know much about the helmets used, as you can see. I was always more a Biker Scout fan, so would like to know more about what they did across all 3 movies. Appreciate the info!
I'm not 100% certain but I think the helmets are different even in ANH. The Sandtrooper helmets are slightly different from the Stormtrooper helmets on the deathstar.
Then the helmets are different in TESB and ROTJ.
Can I buy just a green assembled one with no paint?

Hey guys, how would I go about raising / leveling the headband on my helmet?
I can't seem to adjust this one to match the ones you've got in the video.

Just curious…my helmet I ordered from you guys came with black teeth instead of grey. Was there a mistake?
The ESB Helmets have black teeth. We did a video a few weeks back of the differences between the ANH Stunt, Hero and ESB helmets that we produce. Check that out.
