I do recognize partly what he says: the first time I came to Thailand (in 2018 I think) I did not like it either: I was walking in Bangkok, so humid, so hot, dirty streets and then the smell of street food in my face :) But, after a while, I felt in love.. I learnt to see Thailand in a different perspective, and I appreciate the friendly people, lively and kind culture, food, ... :) And I love Bangkok as well, but also the beautiful areas of Chiang Mai and Krabi, ... very soon Hua Hin and Chiang Rai! :)

I am kinda tired of foreigners even sone locals continuing to hype up the capital cities in Thailand and the Philippines I mean honestly I’m not moving to the United States to live to Thailand to stay in the most modern part of Thailand I have gotten enough of the modernism here in the United States to me for most foreigners that have been living in Thailand even for years cannot teach us outsiders most about Thailand living in Bangkok the best parts of Thailand to live because I do my own research about all countries and islands the best parts of Thailand to live long term if u want to be surrounded by difference and more agriculture it’s not Bangkok Pattaya or Chang Mai it will actually be outside of those areas the areas most people don’t talk about and overlook the areas dat most foreigners avoid why because it’s not because it’s dangerous and we shouldn’t go there it’s because it’s going to be more of a challenge to adopted lots of restaurants n other services wouldn’t be in English u will be surrounded by nothing but mainly locals and even can discover a lot of hidden gems capital cities in other countries to me remind me if the big city I grew up in chicago just like the Philippines if I was to move to the Philippines i wouldn’t choose Manila or Cebu not dumaguete not angles city even though that’s where a lot of other foreigners live at too but we’ll ofc because those areas in the Philippines are more modern but once u go outside of those capital cities in these countries it’s more diversity and agriculture im just not interested in no areas that people keep hying up in these countries it’s better parts of these countries to live in that nobody shed a light on and those are the ares that I mainly focus on the areas that Also don’t have nor get much tourism people most definitely that from the United States United Kingdom Canada Australia from all first world countries wen yall go to these developing countries to live their yall need to challenge yall selves more n stop jumping on where it’s mostly modern and convince because I don’t know about anyone else but I get enough of that being in the United States where the store is right down the street the train station is only right there I’m not moving all the way to Asia to Thailand to surround myself in an area that reminds me of where I come from that’s just dumb we need to challenge ourselves because if u don’t u won’t last in those countries for long n that’s y I’m not gonna be surprised wen a lot of people going to start flocking back to the United States 🤔🤣
