While our KDF filter can help mitigate some effects of hard water, such as reducing scale buildup, they may not entirely eliminate water hardness. For complete hardness removal, a water softener or dedicated water conditioner may be more effective.

How is this solid brass filter different from the last model you used to sell ? It looks similar to the previous model.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback! They are pretty similar with the only difference being the filter housing. They carry the same KDF filtration.
