Yes you are right!! Must must use these Cooktop atleast in 10 amp socket or more.
As power of Cooktop is more (2000w)hence it will draw more current from the circuit.
Here how we calculate power rating
Power= voltage× current× power factor
Hence power= 230v× 10A× 0.8 = 2000watt(approx)
In house hold voltage is fix about 230v
Current depends on load and power factor is 0.8
Hence use Cooktop in more than 10 ampere soket.

Mere jaankari me aisa koi cooktop nhi hai bro , koi bhi utensil jisme chumbak chipak jaai ya iron mix karke banaya gaya ho wahi sirf kaam kar paaiyega, kyunki Cooktop ke undar jo coil rahta hai wo magnetic field se heat produce krta hai, aur aise ferrous(iron) material me hi property hota hai jo magnetic properties show karta hai.

Kosis kriye aap Bhut jyada heat na hone de cooktop ko agar jarurat na ho to, warna jispar hum bartan rakhte hai uska class heat se tutne ka dar rahta hai.
But darne ki koi baat nhi aap isse ekdum aaram se use kar sakte ho, aur aap ya aapke ghar me jo bhi khana banate hai, use krte karte expert ho jaayenge.

Bro if rating of cooktop is 2000 watt, it means cooktop will not consume 2000 watt at a time, it depends how much temperature you set during cooking, generally cooktop consumes power of 200watt - 1000watt in an hour. Brands gives higher ratings suppose you wanted to cook your food quickly. So don't worry about heigher wattage rating of cooktop.
