It is really funny because the stats confirm that about 80% of lowe driver have red or black rating. Just check it out after the battle when you see a lowe in the game
average löwe player goes in middle of field, uses autoaim and does everything to show their weakspots for the enemy
I love my Lowe. However, if your team is too good or too weak, you will finish with 600 damage. The best games are the slow game where Lowe can use it's gun.
The slowe is the Federal Reserve of world of tanks: It reacts to everything slowly, but it prints assloads of money out of thin air
Imagine having the Lowe BLACK edition. They never sold that black tank again.

This was my very 1st premium tank in the game. I loved it so much, and I still do. Although, a bit more of that alpha damage (360 maybe) would come handy, just to pimp up that DPM a bit. In hull down positions can face even those higher tiers.

I just got mine is6b from this year Black Market and got 57% win ratio from 200 battles. You need to know your role and what not to do whit this tank. Big dealt dmg is not your role. Big blocked dmg is your role.

I love the Löwe, it's an old premium having a solid gun. One of the last survivors to the power-creep meta.
Armor's kinda weak nowadays tho. You dab the 2key and the Lion is becoming a cat. Still bite but cannot tank anymore haha
The mantlet is still nice for laughing in the face of heatspammers.
@@Akrilloth This. The turret in general is pretty hard to penetrate after ~200 meters. There are weakspots on the turret but they are small
@@Selterboy Yeah, and most people who let HEAT do the job for them rarely aim for weakspots to begin with, they go for center of mass, and on a hulldown löwe, that's the one place even a JPE100 will struggle to go through.
@@Akrilloth you can pen the cheeks relatively easily, the turret is not that strong, but it is good. The great thing is that it has great gun depression so you can easily hide the weakpoint on top. And in general, the tank has decent armor for sidecraping, on flat ground it's not great, but it can work and the gun is great, really accurate and nice penetration. It's a nice tank.
@@Selterboy If you know where to hit the turret becomes really weak even without gold the mantlet on the other hand is still pretty strong

I hate facing these tanks in battle. Even when playing another heavy with good gold pen, I still bounce a lot of shots.
I have no fear of any tier 10 if I'm hull down on my Lowe, except monsters like jgpze100 or fv4005

@Juan Sandi, maybe I am just a bad player. I feel like being extremely vulnerable. I have even started checking my Löwe everywhere whenever I receive a penetrating hit.

yeah, the turret is either -200mm or autobounce, no in between. So high pen gold doesn't help.

Lowe was my first premium tank played it a few weeks and decided I hated it so I parked it for a year, couple of weeks ago I started noticing them in battles and they were being well played so I dusted mine off and added a turbo I’d have to say it made a big difference in the way it plays. They are great tanks I’m really liking it but also after improving my game play it made a big difference from a year ago when I hadn’t been playing long.
Thinking of running Turbo, rotation device and gun rammer. Any thoughts or suggestions for equipment?

Lowe even before frontal armor and gun depression buff was good for me. After that is great! I don't understand why ppl are complaining on this tank. For me if Lowe had slighlty stronger armor and alpha, could be also Xt.

well skill, 15-5 simulator is actually worse with no arty. B/c now there is no equalizer to combat the unicum or OP tank on the enemy team if your team lacks one.

Lowe was my friest premium tank, i got about 3000 games in it. Now i got 38 t8 premium tanks but i still love to play it ^_^
The Lowe never lets me down it’s one of my most consistent tanks and if I need a slump buster this tanks usually gets it done

HE stands for high explosive. It's not blocking a projectile exactly like AP, but rather absorbing the explosion.

your lower plate is still vulnerable no matter how u angle it, unless you find some stone to hide it that will be another case

Lowe honestly just suffers from being the most expensive premium accessible through the tech tree. New players assume expensive = good and go for it without understanding anything about the game. The tank itself has been pretty solid ever since the armor and mobility buff and it remains my most played tank, period, at about 8k games. I personally got the tank as a tomato in 2012 back when your options for t8 prems were quite limited, and used it for years to grind out all my tanks. 3 marked at under 1.3k average dpg and 49% winrate over the last 9 years lol.

I think Lowe is a good tank that does care to much about facing higher tiers but it’s just so underwhelming. It’s so hard to carry with it having such bad dpm and mobility
