As an emz main: I usually play hype when against low hp or high damage ppl. Bad karma on tanks. They need to rework emz’s hc to make her a debuffer rather than her gadget and a little extra damage. She also probably needs a movement buff, she feels a bit like sandy so her being fast should be better. Maybe her super can get a range buff, honestly emz’s main problem is range so she really just needs range

This would keep the bad randoms in legendary and free from the top 1% of players. If there aren't enough people in masters. They could match with the highest elo in legendary (also limiting the bad randoms). The only bad thing that might happen is the matchmaking might be too slow like it is in rank 35.
