The best dribblers use feints, agility, anticipation and quick feet/thinking to beat players. Tricks are just for (mostly) showboating.

Genuinely is one of the most underrated forwards in the pl just needed consistency which he's been getting under ole. Bags of potential 🔥🔥
Needs to improve his shots as well. In most of these clips he dribbles past 3+ defenders and then he misses the sitter. Compared to Rashford or Greenwood his shooting is really poor. If he managed to improve shooting and be more consistent, he could be world class.

Martials dribbling is purely based on instinct and not pre-contemplated jugglery or showboating which a lot of other footballers do. Goes to show his pure talent and why it looks so effortless. You can't teach/learn this, either you are born with it or you are not. Hope he keeps working on himself and reaches the heights he is so capable of!! Good video, mate!!

Yah he's been scoring goals but I feel like his pace declined a bit and it's weird because he's only 24 years old. But he's playing 9 now so doesn't require a lot of dribbling.
Mr-Zin his pace hasn’t gone. He plays as a striker now so there’s not as much space to dribble into.
If you saw his goal against Southampton, you'd find that he's still the same explosive dribbler he's always been, who's now added finishing to his game. Ole is building a fluid attacking front three that can work interchangeably and are versatile enough to pick up different positions in attack. Rashford, Martial and Sancho will be devastating for opposition defences and not to mention, the boy wonder Mason Greenwood. Bruno is going to have more space to work with, and more runs from the players to make passes for. Exciting times.

Martial sees the game in slow motion. He doesn't do bullshit skills (step overs) every second to look cool. He simply dribbles like he is painting a picture and he is so bloody damn good at it. Martial knows when to pass and when to shoot. He is far from selfish. He has a gorgeous long shot comparable to Coutinho's. He has been publicly shamed, played out of position had his number stripped from him, and even benched when he shouldn't have been... causing him to miss out on the world cup. He kept his head down, smile off his face and worked hard and waited for the right manager to come in to show what he is about and by god are we finally seeing the player he can be. His stats this season are impressive even more impressive to think he was out for 2 months. We have a world-beater on our hands and I am fucking grateful. Videos of Martial playing like this one can truly make you realize what you love about football and if that isn't a world-class player then I don't know what is.

The look in his eyes says it all. 3:36 he demands perfection from himself. If he continues this attitude he will break record mark my words. Now I am a young football fan (21yrs) but i can't help but say he is starting to become one of my favorite players.
When we attack, I want them to pass to him.

He's such a unique dribbler. No step overs or tricks, just quick feet and deception and speed. I miss him coming off the left but he's found his position up front now and I'm happy for him with Rashford coming off the left

That is what you'd call a 'natural dribbler'. No need for flashy showboating skills; simply keep the defender guessing until he finds that split second were the defender is off balance and then just zoom past them. Considering that he is a world talent that most of the biggest teams in the world would be interested in, the fact that he was stripped of the number 9 shirt TWICE (arguably costing him a world cup winners medal in 2018) yet not only did he stay but he but did it with no fuss or drama, should be a reason for any real United fan to respect & value him.
