Mrs Uma Nanda is among the earliest devotees from Delhi who was drawn by His love back in the seventies. She is also the sister of former Prime Minister of India, Sri I K Gujral. She was part of the chosen few who started the mahila wing of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation in Delhi more than 50 years ago.
In this conversation, offered from our archives, she candidly shares the stories of awe, mystery and love over the years which not only kept her glued to His feet but also transformed her entire family and made each of them tune their lives as per His will and message. Her reminiscences and reflections give us a peek into the lives of devotees who had the great opportunity of physical proximity with Bhagawan and at the same time how these moments slowly and surely raised them from the worldly to the ethereal seamlessly.
