What are the symbols for on the top line of the squares on your memory keeping calendar? (The one you moved from your cousin)

They are asterisks and a heart (*❤️*). I color it in each day as a way to thank the Lord for the miracle of my grand baby who was born a micro preemie (24.5 wks) and is now 2.5 yrs old. ❤️🤗❤️
