We have two methods for processing the soybeans
1- wet method which involves boiling
2- dry method which involves drying with dry heat in a pan, then you can grind it

The Bambara nut chaff (otu-okpa) is very affordable in Local markets where nuts are being ground.
As for pkc I buy from the parm kernel factory in tons, which is very cheap.
