As someone with shoulder impingement from 7 years of swimming, this video is amazing. You not only gave us a great routine but showed us what not to do to avoid injuries and targeting the wrong muscles. I personally will be adding this to my routine. Great work!
I just finally got a cable crossover and I've been doing some exercises that work the muscle similarly and it's been helping with my posture but some of these look like they might help even better so thank you for the tools.
I remember going to a physical therapist and he said I was too young to have the worst posture he's ever seen. I sit at a desk all day so hopefully these exercises work.

I have underwent disc fusion at L2,L3 and L4 an year back.. this could be life changing for us to gain back our strength and support to lead normal life.

I had flat feets, messed up posture and chronicle pain since 1985. Im disabled because of the pain and can not work. Its ALL GOOD NOW, just little pain left. Because I did medical yoga for 11 month, my flat feets become normal, my posture become straighten up, and most of my severe pain went away. Only because of one hour daily medical yoga for 11 months!
@@Wwetitanfan27 I dont know, but you can do it with a not good functional body, with pain. I did it sitting in a chair since it was too painful sitting on the floor the first months. Today I can sit on the floor! AMAZING!

Hey Jeremy, can you make a video on how to develop individual muscles due to imbalances caused by bad posture. I used to lift weights and other stuff without realising I had a bad posture which made one side of my body uneven with the other. So I need help to even them out, thanks.

They will! These are more advanced versions of the exercises my PT prescribed for my awful posture.
Sitting all day is poisonous. I had to move to a standing desk a few years ago for the same reason.
