Ed. At 3 : 23 game time you stopped building units and didn't start building again until 6 upon hitting tech 2 at which point you were floating like crazy. Not only that, the units you started building on t2 WERE TECH 1 UNITS ANYWAY. Also macro could use some improvement. Why build a garage when you have less than 100 supply? You tend to build too many random production buildings that end up sitting idle when you could be building more eco. Build production buildings with an actual plan in mind to use it.
By a million miles yes. BH is a meme since you only get veterancy when a unit is standing still. Moving, hold ground, attack move all prevent veterancy
On top of veterancy being glitched like Sean said, Raid allows Cutter infantry to outpace other infantry and thus both more effectively chase and disengage plus the increased capture rate is handy especially for capturing enemy nodes. So Raid is really damn good and even if veterancy wasn't screwed up I honestly think Raid would still be better than Battle Hardened overall.
The vortex to kill 3 starting units is 100% worth it.

Amassing odst is my favorite thing to do with cutter, its truly brimful having 10+ odst on the field
