We want more Full code walk through!!! We want more, because these are really great!
Thank you! We are working hard to bring you more in the future!
@@FullCodeMedicalPlease add the French language to your game please
I like the new set up, I want to be a nurse hopefully in a few years so its nice to have these walkthroughs with the explanation. I've done some scenarios too, but I don't usually score that well so its nice to see what I missed. I like the new style especially if it means more walkthroughs. Don't have a job yet so I can only play the free scenarios and I go into my first year of college in the fall so I don't really count as a medical student yet
Thank you! We are so glad to hear that the walk-throughs are helpful. We are working on coming out with these with greater frequency. You can also adjust the settings in the app itself to get more help. The attending character in the upper left corner can give you hints about the correct actions, fill out the differential diagnosis, suggest interventions and give other help. This also provides you with more information about the interpretation of EKGs and images. Go to your profile in the app to adjust the difficulty setting. We are also hoping to come out with a version in the future that will walk you through the case directly in the app. Thank you so much for playing full code! Best of luck in your clinical training journey!
This game is fun as hell, I want to be a nurse when I grow up and I want to get the pro version because I really like the ability to actually talk to the patients through typing
I’ve been playing for months and I feel more confident to start working In the medical field

Can you do 167?
I can’t find the procedure button 😢it’s not there
how do i put patients on respirator in the new version?
Thanks for your question! You can intubate the patient the same as in previous versions by accessing the intubation actions in the stabilize tab. You can also use the bag valve mask found in the same menu. Let me know if you’re having any issues or still have questions!
@@FullCodeMedical can I put children on a respirator
@@jrnrunevolla9649 currently we do have some critical pediatric cases which will be set in the resuscitation room. For low and medium acuity cases, the pediatric patients are in a “pediatric ED” room and some actions are not available (such as intubation, defibrillation). This mirrors real life in which the patient will be triaged to the setting with the appropriate resources for their condition.
Check out the new walkthrough! New process and style. Want to keep these short and high yield! Let me know what you think in the comments!
How to get all of that plzz all the cases
Hypertonic saline is contraindicated in this case because this patient presented with hypertension.

Vocês podem colocar uma tradução em português? eu nao sei falar inglês.

It does not have an Arabic language, can you put it, please thank you
Thank you for your question. Right now Full Code is only available in English. We are working hard towards making it available in other languages in the future!
@@FullCodeMedical Thanks for the reply. I hope in the future the Arabic language feature will be available

Why CT and not MRI
Great question! In most emergency departments non contrast head CT can be obtained much more rapidly (possible within minutes!) than MRI. CT is also highly sensitive for detecting bleeding. Some facilities may be able to also get a rapid MRI. It’s also important to consider than an MRI takes longer and requires the patient to be flat and relatively inaccessible for a longer period of time (so even more important to have a secure airway). You’re absolutely right that this patient would need an MRI at some point to further evaluate his traumatic brain injury, but this can probably be obtained later on without changing initial management.
