I've NEVER seen the ILS already in the PFD at takeoff :D
Haha nicely spotted !
I did not see that but the flight director was off so I assumed he was flying the PAPI on the visual but did not see the PAPI either.... was there an actual flight plan or you just flew the set arrival heading on departure?
And contact Approach straight after departure!
Yeah i never seen ILS captured shortly after take off :')
a go around would be a whole nother flight lmaooo
Aha true

General Aviation: Cruising with Cessna 3000feet VFR from Island to Island
PilotMax: Cruising with Bobby 3000feet IFR from Island to Island
Or using ATR 72 that is fit for under 100 kilometer distance 😀
general aviation aircraft dont cruise at 3000 they always have 500' increments meaning 1500, 2500, 3500ft etc
@@lucasmatson you didnt get the vibe bro, you didnt get the vibe
imagine getting lapped by a 737
One of the coolest flights I ever had. Sal to Boa Vista beneath the clouds, I was able to see the waves of the ocean the whole flight. That was epic
The FO was an absolute BOSS for hand flying the whole flight and by raw data. Awesome job!

@and321now i bet you're fun at parties.
Honestly I find hand flying less task saturating then messing with the FCP. Plus we gotta have our fun.
@@SidestickPilot Especially with such a short flight like these. Totally agree. It's always good to stay strong with hand-flying skills too :)
I mean it’s only 9 minutes it shouldn’t be that hard for them
Irs : need to align 15 minutes or maybe more
Flight: 9 minutes
Me:THERE IS NO WAY XD
Managed that crosswind super well ! Bring on those vids 👌🏻
Reminds me of a flight from ORF (Norfolk, VA) to PHF (Newport News, VA) on a B727-200 50 years ago (National Airlines). This was before deregulation in the USA. About 7 or 8 minutes from take off to touch down, Nice video.
Comme toujours, excellent.
Merci Max, vos vidéos sont celles que j'attends le plus a chaque fois.
Great upload Max! Thank you for sharing, all the best!
Spectacular video and really nice flying dude! I'm so jealous you get to do this, at my operator FD off is unfortunately possible which really sucks. Manual flying is not a problem and I do get to do a reasonable amount of it, but unfortunately some of the captains are a bit uptight about it which also sucks. Really admire you got to do an entire sector raw data manually, keep up the hard work and thanks for always producing great videos as always!
It's very interesting to be able to see each leg of flight process in a so really short time. Pretty nice video 👏👏
This is just amazing! Thanks for sharing!
i like the details in the video the speed camera and all its rare , it makes u think that you are the pilot, well done my friend
Love your videos!!!! Keep up the amazing content!🤩🤩
Nice one Max, keep them coming 👊🏼🛩
Sweet Approach!!! awesome more videos please!
Meet & fun! Nice music!!! 😁😁😁Good flight! ePic!!
awesome video, really like the PFD during the flare
Gelukkig geen grote Jan Van Gent tegengekomen! 😂 Mooie video weeral!
thanks for sharing this PilotMax, enjoy it
Chilling on the Souterrain beach on Salzburg and seeing the Airlines come ist awesome
Very nice Video!!! Please more of that
As always, I enjoyed this video made by you. You've got to keep up!
Love your videos !!
Thank you for sharing this video !
Captain: rotate, gear up......
Few minutes later copilot: gear down....
Passengers : when is the toilet time....?
Also passengers: but I didn’t get my free snack
Lmao
Takes more to embark and disembark than two of these flights
Hahaha, loved the bananas for scale :p
366.000 bananas 😂😂😂
It was Awesome💥👌😁
For 66 kilometers distance,
flight altitude is 3000 feet.I saw this first time. Amazing !
love this video!! its shows and explain all
Great superb video 👍👍👍👍
Excellent! Greetings from Argentina.
Very nice. Thank you!
Woww!! Gaaf jongens!!! Wat een geweldig mooie video!!😍
Great video 👍
Nice to see view from the pit, i just always try to get your nose gear on the line, or remove the white stuff from your workspace. Nice grettings from a pushback driver and deicer located in MUC/EDDM
Wow. I never knew they use 737s for these flights!
Very good job keep it up!!
Very unusual indeed. But maybe it is a transfer flight, and the aircraft will go to a further destination. I dont believe the aircraft was full Passengerwise.
Nice First Officer Landing 👍✈️💙🇵🇭
Wow what a manuel flight.. I really wonder Max, how many flight hours do you have on 37 ?
Omg,is first time i look the short flight in the world🤯
Amazing! 😍😍
Amazing video
Woah! So quick!
Hard werken zo'n korte vlucht. Erg leuke content weer.
nice one, regards from Ibiza, next flight?
Dankie vir nog 'n baie goeie video.
Great video
Amazing handling 👌👌
Good video!
That was nice.
However I once flew on TWA 707 OAK-SFO which took 7 minutes.
No hot meal then?
The guy at the side pushback cart :
*I need to walk into taxiway*
Not every country does everything the same. Where they are, the pushback driver is handling the driving part, while the person walking is doing radios and making sure everything is fine.
Handsome PilotMax !!!! I like you !
Hello! From Cape Verde.
I guess the coordination time for flight plan etc before the flight is longer then the flight itself...
do u fly IFR or VFR
Handflown all the way, nice
Cape Verde is paradise, especially Boa Vista and Sal :)
Yes super nice!
Perfect
Very, very nice video, I loved it.
Just a question, I'm not a real pilot, I see on my sim flight planning that your flight wold be cruising at 7.000 feet. Really I find a little low 3.000 ( bird strike too, as you mentioned). But certainly you have a reason.
Good vid
Did one really similar to this from PDL to SMA on an A321neo from Azores Airlines, less than 15 minutes
Imagine going 280kts at 3,000 feet👁👁
he just wanna go home
Dutch: "Santa Maria daar is de bier..."

Max we need more content maybe flight sim? Or streaming tui ops! When your not flying?
Is this the new Microsoft flight simulator 2020? Nice graphics!
De Captain is precies van Antwerpen? Ik dus oek ;-) Short but nice video.
Hello, very cool video! Is the purpose of this flight something like repositioning flight? Or are you flying any passengers at such a route? Thank you!
Thank you ! We're flying passengers from Brussels to Boa Vista and Sal, that why we stop at the 2 destinations. Same thing on the way back. So on this short flight we had about half the cabin that came from Brussels, but only step of at Sal, and we took some passengers from Boa Vista that will continue to Brussels with another crew :)
what kind of 737 was this? and it was KLM right?
and a really cool video guys!!!!😎✈👍
No it's tui fly
Top !
your callsign is beauty? wow
Lol
Me too: wow. Such nice call sign by tui Belgium (if i'm not mistaken)
Eu estou jogando o MFS 2020, poderia me dizer as coordenadas desse aeroporto? Obrigado
What shoud I set my lights to from take off and landing and when flying? I'm not sure what to set them to.
Love such short "training" flights. Have few on my channel. BR from EPZG.
Nice Bose headset!
All flights should be like this one, take off and landing with no boring time in between.Gear up and landing check list pls!
I agree ! :)
great flight! but, I thought that below 10000ft you cannot fly at 280kts, instead of 250kts. Which is the most common
Very dearly and noneffective to use these type airplanes at this short distance, but fun :-)
How are flight cycles defined when you take off and land, but don't pressurize the craft? Id that counted differently?
i have been recreating your flights in Microsoft flight sim 2020
When there's no time between checklists :)
I don't get the added value of a windcheck on final however. If you have gusts, won't you try landing?
The windcheck on final is a great way to know the wind to be expected above the runway. Sometimes the wind comes from a different direction at 500ft vs at ground level. Also the speed can dramatically increase or reduce closer to the ground. With the windcheck I have a mental picture of what the wind is going to do on short final and I can counteract that in advance.
Franchement stylé
Max altitude and knots u maintained or cruised at for this 9 minutes flight?
Amazingly short flight. You wouldn't have completed your climbing procedure, that you have to start descent and VFR/ILS approach in no time.
Could you please tell how much fuel do you carry ?
I think not more than 2 tonnes.
Also,it seems not many passengers on board.
Once you take off,you can see your destination runway almost instantly.
It was a visual approach
what happens if you do another 30knots before rotation
What was the flight route you took? :D
Salem all! I thought 250 knots is max allowed speed under FL100 , how are you allowed to 280 knots ?
When will your new video come bro we are eagerly waiting
Was it necessary to retract the landing gear??
Do we not believe in autopilots or even flight directors? Lol Great video btw. Love this content.
Yes we do but that's not a reason to always use them :D
@@pilotmax Yeah lol, love a bit of handflying
I was waiting for the "Who took my badjas" call. But was not dissapointed.
At what distance (km) do you put down the gears at? Wanted to know so I could fly a tiny bit more realistically in a flight sim
It varies a lot depending on the conditions. Usually I target gear down/flaps 15 at around 2000ft-1500ft above ground. Sometimes much much earlier (as high as 20.000ft once), the gear is the best brake available on the 737 in flight.
Epic video, keep it up!
Also: Claim your before 1,000 ticket
I have done this flight, had to go back Rome from boa Vista
Your editing and music is spot on. Fantastic work! Love from India.
Are heading autopilot required for flight this short? Or you just manually controlling the airplane except the airspeed and altitude?
This flight was flown fully manual. No Flight Directors, Autothrottle or autopilot was ever engaged.
What does they serve for dinner on this flight? Fastfood only?
Why indicated speed is 280 if you're flying at 3000ft?
Great video, as usual😉
They were flying above ocean
That might be ground speed wrt to aircraft
How many passengers were on the aircraft
280 knots under 10,000 ft? btw, you hand flew the whole flight visually and we respect pilots like that
Taxiing the plane actually takes much more time than this flight 😁
True ! 45min on the ground -> 10min taxi -> 9 min flight -> 45min on the ground and paperwork :p
Sir Thanks for Reply
I want to be a pilot too
Love from India❤️
