For anyone struggling with kickflip figure out where the board is going jump towards there, stay center over your board, don't turn your body and most importantly COMMIT!
@sheckthedeck17 it is because you arent equally ballanced on both feet. . . . you are most likely kicking your back foot backwards slightly. . . . only use it for the pop and then pull it straight under you
Drew does his kickflips and fs flips in almost a ollie position. His front foot is almost completely on the board,just slightly tilted into a kickflip position.
@MxPMedia keep in mind always keep your shoulders square and parallel with your board when you pop off and flick the corner of your nose.. it should stay underneath you hope that helps

Struggling with a Kickflip? Find a railing walkway in between a wall. Put one hand on the railing, and one hand on the wall to guide you as your jumping for the kickflip. Once your mind understands you can land on it with out the board shooting from your feet. The commitment is easy. Another way if you can't find a railing, after popping a kickflip, try to land only one foot. And then try landing on the opposite foot, but the first way is much easier
I think its interestin how your back foot comes off way before you even flick it. By taking your back foot off before the flick you give your front foot all the responsibility for budgeting enough, but not to much, traction on the board to do two things: 1) flick the board in a 360 rotation(the kickflip part), and 2) give enough traction, but not too much, to make the board tilt down so that the tale will rise to your back foot. the catching foot. these 2 tech. factors are present in everytrick
it's made super slow for people like me that actually need to be shown how the trick is done. You can't just get on and just know how to do tricks. Practice and help.

@uhhhh45 Try putting your front foot further forward, that usually helps me land over my board. but then again that might just be the way i learned it. anyway, stick to it. No trick tip is nearly as good as lots of practice is.
@virra98 well he has a watch that creates zero gravity and around him and then he kickflips and gets uber height then whilst the board is flipping he backflips in mid air (you cant see that part) and then he says "ITS OVER 9000" and lands the trick
