It's not exactly a marching band. This is a philarmonic and that march takes place before and after religious processions and during parades, but is not the main service of this kind of bands. The band is Greek specificaly from Corfu, an island in the Ionian sea that has a long - lived tradition of music and philarmonics. There are 18 philarmonics on the island, a really big number considering its small size. This band is called Philarmonic of Gastouri (the name of the village) "ΟΜΟΝΟΙΑ" (which means amity) and is the third oldest philarmonic of the island, the oldest of the Corfiot countriside and one of the oldest greek philarmonics in general counting 126 years of continious operation. This march took place durind the celebrations of Palm Sunday a holiday associated with Easter. On my channel there are noumerous videos of marches, processions, and concerts of our philarmonic. If you have any other questions i would be happy to answer them.
Sorry if I sound stupid but is this a Greek marching band? The only thing that makes me think so is the fact that the description and title are Greek.
