I made this soup because over a *year* ago I had groundnut soup at the first time for a restaurant out of state and loved it. I couldn't find anywhere near me with a similar soup, and when I'd look for recipes, searching "peanut soup," I could tell they weren't right. This restaurant's soup haunted my dreams for a year.
Your soup is better. Not even close. I put in a habanero pepper when I made it, and the recipe blew me away. This recipe will be a go-to for me.

Thanks Precious. I tried this recipe without frying the groundnut. I boiled the fresh peanut instead and followed the rest of the recipe. It turned out amazing👌🙏

Thank you for this inspiration. I cooked groundnut soup for the first ever, it reminded me of my summer holidays spent in my aunt’s house in Douala. Two days won't pass without groundnut soup.
I used leftover tomato sauce from the weekend and peanut butter paste from breakfast cupboard.
    It was delicious
    Thanks again
