If decree in a property settlement suit says that one party will register full property first and then the half of the registered property will be registered by other party from first party. In case the first party did full property registration but other party have not registered their half portion of property from first party even after 18 years of decree date. Do they still have any right left in the property? Is there any time limit for decree execution? Kindly through some light on this. Regards

Sir jaisa aapne bataya ki jo court decree pass karti hai vo execute karati hai to sir section 7 cpc ye kehta hai agar ssc court kisi immovable property ke case me decree pass karta hai to vo apne hi pass order ko execution nahi kar sakta order 21bhi yahi kehta hai is me kya ho sakta hai

Sir jii. civil court ke decision ke baad opposite party sath ki sath session court Mai appeal kardete hai. aur property 10 saal aur latak jayegi but Maine pata kiya hai ki order ko apply krane ke liye EXECUTION DECREE ya warrant of possession ki application lagati hai please guide kijeye.aur warrant for possition nikalne ke baad court usko notice degi. plese sir just guide kardijiye
