This is one of the more simpler tricks to get down with but with much practices it's a very strong effect I should say. I've been doing this trick since april last year and it has given me some of the best reaction. *2 thumbs up*

Very interesting approach. Very good explanation. But, to my mind, there several other four ace tricks equally impressive that 1] require no crimps and 2] though difficult, aren't as chancy as this one.

this is a really good trick and you are the best one
After putting aces into the deck, you can ask the spectacor, how much times have you got to shuffle (min. 4), in that case you can shuffle the cards normally to put 4 aces on top, and then shuffle some mor times, always putting the 4 aces on top. That would be even more amazing, perfect lesson anyway
Even though this isn't really "magic", Tutorials like these help keep the craft from dying. think about this, yeah, anyone can look up how to do the tricks, but they can forget it within a day, only the committed ones actually take it home with them, and perfect what starts as a hobby into something they can pass on.

@Tetrahcodom Doing it this way means that you can hand the deck to a spectator after the trick without having to palm the 4 extra said aces.

Hi, the bend in the cards is called a breather crimp.
possible idea for keeping decks tight: use a guitar capo on the deck in the box when not in use. Please thumbs up/ down if it works. Ive done it on my cards.,
also the tablets for ppls memorial that the romans wrote was on stone. i remember this from latin class. it was crafted onto the stone by an expert(whatever he was called)

I was using one of my old decks when trying to do this trick and my ace of spaces was not in the best of shape and when I did the bending I ripped the card so I ended up using 7

no,the earliest form of writing was the chinese writing on turtle shells,called 甲骨文,or oracle bone script. it was created around 1400-1100 BC. Much earlier than what u have said.
you can write on bamboo sticks, as they are threaded together in vertical columns and you can write on it with ink. it was called 竹简.this was used before the invention of rough paper, about 100-200 BC.however the quality of this paper was not great and it was perfected by at 105 AD by 蔡伦. which is almost modern paper.

When I try this I keep picking up the Ace on the bottom ofthe cut instead of it being on top of the cut. How do you prevent this?
