A very good podcast! I had the pleasure of being introduced to Kiera recently and was informed of her story, I have been fascinated for a long time now on learning who people really are by the stories they have to share. Although thankfully nowhere near as horrific, I had a serious accident 10 years ago whilst working on a car that left me with a hole in my right leg where one of my quadriceps used to be and it still affects me to this day. If it taught me one thing it’s that life’s precious and we shouldn’t judge people on what we see but what we hear. Let them tell their story, some of us have experienced physical and mental trauma that you couldn’t possibly imagine, yet we live to tell the tale and become stronger people as a result!

I know Kiera personally and her sister we all went to the same secondary school . I see her a lot on nights out and she’s so inspiring to me and just the kindest girl ever such a warrior 🤍
