Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Spongy Rasbari. Rasgulla/Rasbari is one of the most popular dish of West Bengal in India but it is widely popular in all parts of India and Nepal. Rasbhari is also popular during festivals, marriages and other special occasions. Rasbari is normally prepared from milk protein and later it is cooked in sugar syrup. In this video we have tried to explain everything in detail so that you can make it your first attempt.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
2 liters milk (you can use any milk available in the market)
4 tbsp vinegar ( or Juice from 2 lemon)
500 gm sugar
2 liters to 2.5 liters water
5 green cardamom
1 tbsp kewra water / Rose water (optional)
