not necessarily sick, sometimes just for the pollution, sometimes they just like to wear it.
Pollution
To prevent from Covid, or other illnesses spread through droplets.
Many people still used to wear it, so do I. Thats one of the main keys why Taiwanese did well on coping Covid.
