But in my experience in the context of coarse aggregates (not fine aggregates), failure occurs in concrete due bond between cement and aggregates up to M20 because of less cement consumed. After that failure seems by crushed of aggregate, not by bond failure. Hence, sound aggregates are required for high grade concrete having more value of Aggregate Crushing Value (ACV). I've proof for this event.

    Your video is good.
But the following info must be given.
As per various experiments done in various concrete research labs around the world.
👉 artificial sand not to be used more than 50%. Rest has to be river sand only.
Or one might have concrete failure.
One can check iit chenbai n delhi research work in google.

Crushed sand is really better than river sand but not in India. Because in India the quarries are contracted to big politicians. Fine aggregate or larger size take any sand, take a scoop and throw into a bucket of clean water. The water should not change colour. In India if you test this quality experiment you will find all the flag colours of Indian political parties

It depends of the machinery, type of rock and transportation. However if you want to put a crushing sand mine, you must make some lab probes to know if you are grinding calize stone or silicate stone (you must investigate their use). Greetings (it is a great business by the way).

Sir it is incorrect to say that the river sand is round shape and has poor bonding. Round shape or sharp edge sand depends upon the terrain where river is flowing. I prefer river sand as it is much cheaper in our area that is C G. Better workability and a good bond. All depends upon economic feasibility. If I use locally available lime stone crushed sand it will be of poor quality. I like river sand as per IS 383 percentage passing.

You are telling in general about the water observation, but based on the type of stones crushed it varies, In our area it's blue granite raw material which absorbs less than 1%
