Just get your stats to 255. Getting luck there for your party takes time, but it's worth it. I'm now at these, killed all previous dark aeons already without Zanmato.

Raise your luck. Is a pain in the ass to farm luck and fortune sphere, but it greatly helps

She doesn't evade magic, so spam Holy, as it does more damage than Ultima
