Hi Daphne. I really like the dark stain on your fence and planter. I used to have the same rubber pavers under our Bar-B-Q. While they did keep the grass and weeds down they really did not stay level for long. Now we have a newer, smaller grill and have it on the edge of our patio. So far,so good.
Great information about the shed. I’ll definitely be sure to use sand (drains better) AND I’ll be getting one soon to house all my garden tools to leave the big garden equipment (for hubby) in garage. Speaking of “hubster”, (shout-out to yours big time). Sometimes gardeners get going and don’t take enough time to FIRST set up smart ways to work, such as what he did. My hubby brings me a freeze pop or my cooling towel from the freezer and it just makes my day. ALSO: (Mother-in-laws tongue) would look aesthetically pleasing in those planters in that area. Very low maintenance and mulched with some of your gravel pebbles. Just an idea to highlight that area. Keep up the great work and stay hydrated. Fyi: A mature, experienced gardener once shared with me (years ago): to hydrate at least one hour before going out and that does wonders for your system and stamina. OMG why not use mixed concrete and spread out using water to hardened the flooring evening out when wet .You wouldn't have to worry about flooring anymore then you can pack the containers in your order you are a very brilliant hard working woman that's the reason why your home indoor and outdoor is so beautiful love watching your videos it's awesome. Hello Irma, we didn’t want to do a permanent floor since we weren’t sure we would keep it in this location. I do however wish we had added the pavers last year since the walls are not very thick and I am afraid to move it now. I will see in the fall when it cools down. Hello T, no I haven’t used on furniture. This stain is meant for the outdoors but I don’t see why it couldn’t be used indoors. Maybe try a sample first. Or do a color match for indoor stain. Good luck!
