Costa Maya was the last port on my most recent cruise. Went to bed the night before not feeling well and wasn't able to get off the ship until around the 5th hour we were there so I didn't get to see a ton. But I did find some cool souvenirs and had some great food. Also saw a few things ill need to try next time. Looking forward to hearing more about your cruise.

They are from the East Coast and said it’s so hard to send any messages home even with an upgraded wifi package. They picked that trip on the edge to sail with Captain Kate. How are you feeling about Covid safety on the ship? They feel safe. But one persons perception can be totally different than another cruiser. Especially this is only their second cruise and you have so many u def your belt but also are in the industry. Stay safe and have fun Don! 🌸

we took the truck pulled trolley and were attacked by cab drivers at Mahahual, ha. And that was pre pandemic. We don't mind it; people just trying to make a living. But it can be overwhelming at times [vendors of any type trying to cajole for your business]. Thanx for the tip on Krazy Lobster.
The internet always seems to be slow even when ships claim they have the best. Oh well......you’re supposed to slow down anyway......you’re on a holiday!❤️

We've always wondered just who gets the tips...say the cabin attendant, or special servers at dining? If added to your onboard account, does it just get 'split' up? So, we give cash to those we want to make special note of [like that attendant or server]. We've never gotten a good answer to this [how tips are disbursed]. good question.
