- I have been Cristiano Ronaldo fans since forever. Found his home workout routine and give it a try!
In brief, he shared 7 different routines that targeted the whole body WITHOUTusing any tools! Juz your body weight
1. Lunges + side lunges with vertical jump x10 each
2. Push up narrow+wide x10 each
3. Heel touch+ crunches x10 each
4. Glute kick back x10
5. Squat x10
6. Dynamic plank (shoulder tap + mountain climber) x10each
7. Superman x10each
For beginner CR7 recommended to repeat all yhe above 3 sets.
If not u can, follow him doing 5 sets.
I had a great go n felt sore all over my body. Means it’s working! Pray for my success in getting back in shape!
