G'day Crazy Boy. That should have been my name. Yes mate, boat ramps are great and no issue at all leaving your car. There are two ramps, Evans Landing being the main one and Rocky point as well. Rocky Point is in the Mission River and Evans Landing in the Embley. Rocky Point is shallow and not able to be used during the big low tides but that is the only issue. Leaving your car is not an issue.

Kerrod Hallett I use bait casters a lot but this trip I was flicking a lot of small soft plastics. I am up in Weipa again at the moment so there will be a lot of videos on Weipa coming up mate and heaps of baitcaster action. I have a couple of the new Alvey Orbiter baitcasters and they are awesome. Let me know when you are in Weipa and we might be able to hook up for a fish. I will be there working in my day job for most of next year.
