from france : It was the victory of rugby with two great teams. England are back with Northampton and Harlequins despite the financial difficulties of some clubs in England. The England team is back as well. That's good news for rugby
Well done Toulouse, we’ll finally meet at the final on May 25th 🏆🏉
From a Leinster fan 🤝🏼
Que le meilleur gagne !!
🤝✅
Great game for a neutral in da final
Not for the Leinster fans or Toulouse
See you then! The best game with the best 2 teams, cheers from Toulouse.
This game had so few shots at goal. I'd be interested in what the ball in play time was both teams looked absolutely exhausted at the end.
it was running rugby at its finest and an amazing contest between two of the best open play teams in Europe.
Two teams that put a smile on your face.
This season in Europe, we must recognize that we have matches of a very high level and above all very pleasant to see, whether with the national teams in the 6 nations tournament, and with the clubs in the European cups!
The teams offer us a magnificent spectacle, even the losers can be proud of them. 💪👏
Unfortunately they're losing a world-class inside centre and it's really bad to lose Will Collier only a year after losing WIlco Louw. That's both their best tightheads of the last 5 years gone.
Merci aux deux équipes ! Beau match, belles actions et beaux essais !
Great show by Harlequins, they have moved forward so much this season. They can come back even stronger next season, they gave Toulouse a good game.
Great to see Toulouse back to the final, like the good old days!
We’re in the final let’s go ! Congrats to the harlequins you have a nice team, a really good rugby match with great tries, on the other hand how can we put yellow on the shoulder to head on Dupont and not a red ? However May 25 Toulouse has an appointment with its history aller le stade ! ❤️🖤
Because du pont is a cry baby and deserved the shoulder
Peato mauvaka he is becoming a dangerous player on the field
I'm just glad both N'tamack AND DuPont is fit and playing. Just magical.
Harlequins are impressive and Smith is definitely a genius, I love this player.
Congrats ST, en route for the 6th star.
What an advertisement for rugby! Great spectacle as expected.
All the best to both clubs, wish they win trophies in the coming weeks.
It's always difficult to control a second half when you've dominated the first and had a big lead. Now, there's still work to be done for the final!
Great game, Quins went out firing in some periods props to them, great defensive prep for Toulouse with mighty Leister men around the corner .
Hoping everyone will join the party un hurt and let s have another fabulous Champions Cup final ❤
//Toulouse amazing as usual.
When 2nd half starts, Harlequins finally woke up, but too late
Hate to say it the French are tough 🏴
Messieurs les Anglais tirez les premiers. Glad to see the english rugby almost back at the highest level.
Ça va être une finale épique !
Toulouse to win !❤😊
Great game

The highlights clips & commentary are woeful. 😮 Heineken Cup was much better!
no marler incident ?

What an ugly, unsportsmanlike home crowd as usual. Leinster will shut their mouths in the final.
@@garyjenkinson7189 British pussy crying because referee didn't make them win with his weirds decisions.
@@1filmeater Maybe association football is for you then.
@@garyjenkinson7189
seriously, who "edits" those highlights???
Well done Toulouse I think over the 80 u deserve to win - as a Quins fan I’m willing to accept the ref had some shockers for both sides but surely something has to be done abt the French director I mean come on this has been a problem for years now
English who complain about the refereeing, it has been years that you are enormously advantaged by lax referees. Just the yellow card that should have been a red and who would have been if it had been a player from Toulouse instead of the English player
@@maximus_3111I’ve already said the ref was bad for both sides and I don’t think that’s why we lost today
1. Walker was bent down and makes an attempt to wrap so I think the ref acc got that right
2. If u think that’s a red then what about Ntamack’s tackle on Esterheizen which the French director conveniently didn’t show
3. Apparently if your name is JC Malia u can ruck off your feet and your team will win a scrum which is obvs a rule I wasn’t aware of
and stop blaming the director when it is an epcr employee who manages the video and warns the referee in case of problems
Toulouse 3rd try they came completely from the side in that ruck...4th try infront of kicker. I don't care who won here just saying. I know the French are always crying but will they cry now over those decisions?
@@maximus_3111 so u don’t think Ntamack tackled Esterhuizen around the head? I’m genuinely curious
Toulouse is great attacking but they concede way too much tries. Leinster favorites for me.
So a few things.
- Referees and TMOs have access to all images all the time. They're grown-ups who can take decisions on their own, they don't need a tv director to tell them what to think. It's very insulting to them to say a supposed tv director can just have them do whatever he wants.
- In every stadium in every country there's a big screen. The one in charge of it will show, or hide, whatever the crowd wnats or doesn't want to see. They do it at Twickenham, they do it in Dublin, they do it EVERYWHERE.
- No, you can't sweep a potential red card offense under the rug just because of your paranoid fantasy of a french tv director. If it's foul play, refs must punish that's all. And this was very serious and very obvious foul play, and the ref was very generous to not send him off.
- Grow up
I have never understood why the British think that the intensive use of video, to challenge the referee in favor of the home team, is a French creation.
I have always seen the use of images, whether shown in profusion or hidden, being used for more than ten years everywhere, both in the Northern Hemisphere and in the Southern Hemisphere.
That's part of the advantage of playing at home.
That we don't like it may be understandable, but that we make it a French specialty is unfair.
Some people should sweep their own doors instead of thinking they are as white as snow.
Crying SAFFAS saying we cheated our way through 😂😂😂
As a a neutral the ref was shocking for both sides and ECPR have to look at the French director
Toulouse deserved to win but Quins can very very proud of there performance
the EPCR have to look at themselves. Jack Yeandle not being cited after eye-gougeing a french player is a disgrace. Where was the big mean french god of the big screen back then, he could've show it, I saw it on the telly, the refs didn't see it, so weird
@@johnnibaz6883 but you’ve just said they showed the replay of it which means the director was not the problem - if the TMO didn’t review it that’s a separate issue which I agree is bad
The reason these two incidents are different is bc the Harlequins foul play incident had at least 5 replays from different angles before the TMO intervened and the Harlequins was rightfully yellow carded, on the other hand, the Ntamack high tackle had 1, possibly 2 replays from 1 angle before quickly being changed to a shot of the stadium, it shouldn’t be difficult to recognise the difference here

Commonwealth mafia members complaining of refs ... Has he not favored you enough? British insolence will always surprise me
@@jeanllup6150 ah yes because the French never complain about the referees, clearly your memory doesn’t go as far back as the World Cup
@@GoldenGoalposts I don't even know what high tackle you're talking about but if the TMO judged it wasn't worth showing it to the pitch it's not a so-called tv director's fault, it's the TMO's call. people who know rugby know that. And no, he was not "rightly yellow carded". The refs went through the usual protocol. They called it rightly direct contact with the head, high level of danger. But instead of going straight red or at least bunker, Brace throws the rulebook away and decides to find smelly excuses not to red card, despite his sidemen and the TMO disagreeing with this? Utterly rubbish, disgraceful.
The EPCR have to look at the partiality of their referees and citing commissioners that deliberately decide to ignore very serious offenses like eye-gougeing (15 years ago, a french guy took 70 weeks for this). Because they pay these guys to do a proper job, and obviously they don't deliver. Whatever is shown on the big screen or your telly isn't their beef, because if the protocol is respected, it doesn't interfere with the decision making.
3 big lost balls by the quins lost them the Game 🏴
ARBITRAGE POURRI
Quinns were really unlucky that Karl Dickson wasn't the ref.
I liked my own comment
It's okay ankles 😂😂😂😂

I love Toulouse and Quins, just curious how Toulouse got the quarter final and the semi final in their home towns ?? Seems a bit unfair.
Toulouse won all their matches in the pools with the offensive bonus point, giving them the opportunity to receive every match except the final if they access it :)
Ils ont gagné tout leurs match !!!!! Et sont a 6 essais de moyenne !!!!!
that's just about the Champion's cup rules man, better to read them before letting commentary ...
If you want to be a pedantic troller, it was a question, not a comment. I thought I'd ask the community rather than dig through pages of regs. Anyway jog on pal.
The province of Leinster are rooting for Leinster
The rest of Ireland and the rugby world are going to be rooting for Toulouse
❤️🖤
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Not me I hate Frenchy teams lol
Say's an Idiot. 🙄...enough said.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
It's Ireland v France. Full support from the Irish...with the exception of a few chaps that just don't get it, sad really 🙄☘️.
Being a Munster man I can say all of Ireland is rooting for Leinster. Same as France is rooting for Toulouse. Looking for to the game, gonna be a close one

Toulouse or not Toulouse, that is the question when they face the URC big dogs.
Appart from Leinster, i don't know what other dog you are referring about tbh
@@MickaelEngel Dogs as in the players, omg
yeah I only see toy poodles, snarling ones of course...
"The URC big boys" LOL
Nice joke. URC is nothing compared to English Championship and TOP 14. Toulouse is the Real Madrid of rugby.
Toulouse or to lose ? That's the question for the next match.
5 stars on our jersey, stay crying ret*rd
Champions Cup will always go to the places where all the money is. European rugby is a two tier competition now.
The venue of the semi-finals was according to the results in the pool matches: Toulouse got 20 points for 4 matches because they won with a bonus point each time. Large crowds of spectators and deep roots in their area make great, and financially balanced, clubs.
Please hammer Leinster 🙏🙏🙏
English clubs aren’t very good .
They are so good, they have 5m budget Toulouse and Leinster have 3x that
tell that to the French clubs that AREN'T in the competition even though those clubs are 10X richer...
I mean, there were more teams from the English league in the semis than any other, that's basic maths
Actually, the English clubs did well despite the financial difficulties.
Congrats to both sides but jeez the French director is a massive issue
This is an EPCR director...
@@guillaumeperocheau6445i think the solution is to have the director named like the match officials so we know there nationality and that would help eliminate the calls for bias
Regardless of whether the director today was French or not Ntamack’s tackle on Esterhuizen should’ve at the very least been reviewed and we didn’t have any replays of it seems very suspicious to me at the very least
@@ML-ul1rxI disagree with you, I believe your problem for the Sharks / Clermont is with the referee not the director. Even if u believe the referee was bad yesterday at least u got to see all the replays for controversial incidents which was not the case for Harlequins today
- I want to point I’m a neutral
Whinge whinge the big mean french god of the big screen manipulating the referees like brainless puppets whinge whinge ^^
Toulouse are unplayable, they can literally be in a close game for 60min and a 3minute spell and they score 20 points.
Leinster will have to use every Jacques Nienaber spoiler tactic in history
From my point of view Leinster are favorite. They are too strong.
@@jonathandestandau9466 Leinster won 20-17 are were out in 2nd half, almost beaten by Northampton.
French TV Director choosing if a referee sees big decisions?!!?!?
Is World Rugby just laughing at us??
This has been happening for years now!
stop blaming the director when it is an epcr employee who manages the video and warns the referee in case of problems and not the french director
a light way to counter the anglo saxons refs habits to punish french sides, maybe?
ooooo the big mean god of the big screen manipulating the weak-minded referees ooooooOOOOooo scary scary
weak-minded referee that immediately goes fishing for excuses not to red card the english guy, OoooooOOOOO but the big mean french director ooooOOooo
Sorry, I should've added this:
-Toulouse were fantastic
-Toulouse deserved to win
-Du Pont, Ntamack - another level
BUT we always see new angles of tries after the ref's decision.. this makes no sense!!
@@user-lw2ng1jb1m So? the same thing happened last year during Ireland v France 6N fixture. We saw I think James Lowe score a try, refs went to video check, gathered under the big screen, for a good 3 minutes the TMO fed them the same two angles over and over again trying to determine if Lowe had his foot in touch. They found nothing and awarded the try. And after the conversion was kicked, all of a sudden we saw a third angle showing Lowe's foot clearly into touch. Was the try disallowed? It could have, but nope. Did anyone moan about irish tv directors? Nope. Was the TMO, who is supposed to have access to all images including this camera angle put under scrutiny for his failure to provide this decisive piece of evidence? Nope. Did anyone question the fact that maybe the TMO had no access to this camera angle and maybe there was an irish tv director keeping the TMO to see it? Nope.
That was cheating in it's purest form. Blatant, obvious, arrogant. The french were victim of it. No one complained.
The bottom line is : why do you guys deliberately fail to see cheating when it's against the french, but keep accusing them of cheating over and over again? Stop trying to pretend you're neutrals : your bias is clearly showing.
I've noticed French clubs don't need to follow rules the refs just let them do what they want, so many knock ons, offsides, rucks are a free for all it's just amazing
