I had an issue with the mail program & my outlook account, on my iPad mini, I couldn’t send emails if I was using a link. I tried deleting the account & then adding it, but nothing worked. Basically I had to use another email program. I hope this helps
Trying to fix the search issue. Before deleting the outlook mail account and deleting the email database from my phone. I was hoping the someone was successful using these steps.
That's the Apple mail default app - NOT OUTLOOK! If you don't even know what app you're using, please don't try to give advice to people.

Same - it will not even connect to my email after days of confirming that the settings are correct with Microsoft and Spectrum. (they both said to call the other one)
