Dear customer, both of our scooters are equipped with powerful batteries for extended range. Unfortunately, most airlines do not accept them as they exceed the permitted battery volume capacity for air transport.
Can the charger be plugged into a 220v outlet? Plan to bring this overseas where the regular outlets are 220v.
Dear Rob, Our mobility scooters support 110V charging. If you need to charge the scooter abroad, we recommend purchasing a 110V voltage converter to use with the charger.

Dear Customer, The scooter comes with a dedicated charger. Simply plug the charger into an outlet, then insert the charging cable from the charger into the scooter's charging port to begin charging.
How do you shut off the sounds?
Dear customer, we're sincerely sorry, but the current version of the scooter does not support volume adjustments. But we'd be happy to offer a pack of volume-reduction stickers for you to try out: covering the speaker will reduce the volume by roughly 70%. The stickers and shipping will be free of charge.

If need to, you may try to use some connector to hook up. 2, for battery life, it goes 25 miles per charge. 3. It is easy to buy replacement battery, we have spare batteries. 4. If you purchase via our official store glashow.com, it takes 3-8 days to arrive.
