Good detailed review with price information. Please use tata recommended oils and filters. Engine oil Castrol magnetic start stop 5w30 or Exxon Mobil super 300 5w30.

We have given to service our tiago in a non authorised service centre after completing 60000 km, guess what the car almost got damaged, brake linings emits out huge carbon particles all over the wheels, the car doesn't feel smooth, some oil leakage coming out, etc. But after given to tata service, they were able to safe it, by replacing with genuine parts.

Bhai Coolant concentrate has a ratio of 1:3, I guess you return the other 3 coolant if you bought concentrate bottle. Good Vlog, Please make more vlogs on this!
Next time use good quality oil, Castrol, Mobil etc.wruth,shell .....valvoline low quality hai
Harryji, mere paas automatic Tiago hai, isski bhi service 15000 kms pe hogi yaa 10000 kms pe? Kyuki Tata service centre waaley 10000 kms pe boltey hai so that ki customer jaldi aaye aur wo loot sakey. Please aap automatic kaa service duration bataayiye.. Thanks..

I bought vehicle Tata Tiago ICNG XZ Plus on 06th April 2022 and since then I am facing regular problems at intervals.
First I noticed that my break was not working in city traffic but when I visited dealership then it's told that it is resolved but same problem coming occasionally.
Thn Once My AC stopped working thn I took it at nearest service centre they asked me to leave vehicle and thn handed over me with Bill of Rs.5500 approx. and then they claimed it under warranty and cancelled the invoice billed to me and claimed under warranty. It was at Marudhara Motors.
Then after 1 month, My vehicle was not converting to CNG and I complaint many times and visited numerous times at Tata Autoprime Service Centre and called to customer care many times, then every time they handed over me vehicle with commitment that now it is resolved. But I again n again taking my vehicle at Dealerships with Proof of Videos and Photos as well as live demo that it's not coming on CNG from Petrol. They ordered Rail Pressure Sensor like part and it delievered after 10-15 days of ordered then they told me now issue has been resolved and handed over me the vehicle.
But again after few days, Same problem came and again visited service center.
Same process started of following up with service centres, customer care... Rajasthan customer care manager of Tata Diwanshu Sharma was also involved in it.
Again so many parts changed like Complete wiring, ECU and few minor parts. Meanwhile my vehicle run over petrol around 5000 Kms from changing parts and taking deliveries time. The entire story run for 3-4 months. But Service Center and Customer Care Manager Diwanshu Sharma told me that it would be reimbursed but later they denied that there is not any policy of reimbursement of your loss due to run on Petrol instead of CNG in these months.
But again after taking delivery, My vehicle was not coming on CNG.
Again visited at dealership and they fixed some sensors as they said. Mr.Javed and Dinesh service staff.
Now again occasionally my vehicle is not coming on CNG but I am fed up with the services and failure of commitment of Tata Motors Customer Care Manager and Entire Service Teammates.
Now 4 days ago my vehicle Breakdown near at Balotra (Barmer) which is around 110 Kms from my home and called on RSA, someone came within 40 mins and he checked and started vehcile and said issue is resolved but after 8-10 kms running AC stopped working and Engine light was showing and vehcile was not going beyond 26-28 Km/hr Speed.
Immediately contacted to Tata Autoprime Service Centre Staffs and they told me that RSA will come and Toe the vehcile in sometime. Don't run the vehicle more.
Waited for more than 5 hours and taken follow up from service centre staff but they keep saying it will come in few minutes and finally they said that Yoi do cab and reach home. Park Vehicle at any nearby known, Toe team will pick up it. We will reimburse Rs.3000 of cab expenses by RSA team and it would be given to you. I said earlier Rs.15k was not reimburse with wrong commitment but they said this time will definitely given to you.
We left the vehicle to your nearest known person and vehicle picked up at night and reached at Jodhpur service centre around 1 O Clock in night.
Next morning, I contacted to Manager Robin and Customer Care Team and Diwanshu and I clearly said that I need either complete refund of my hard earn money or replace my vehicle and they promised me that they would provide details within 1 day post discussion with the all senior management and Dealer.
From 3 days am in regular doing calling to all the concerns Diwanshu Sharma, Robin, Tata Customer Care team but every time they are saying give me one hour or 2 hour or few minutes and will call back to us but no one bother to call me. Even in afternoon, GM service Mr.Nalesh was on call and he said Diwanshu Sharma is on the way and within 45 mins will call to you for replacement regarding your concern but still I have not received a single call.
Pls tell- My money, My time, My family members - all are facing problem after buying this faulty vehicle, we mentally harrashed by fake promises.... Every time our complaint closed without written concern. I have all the documents and send proofs of entire incidents.
This is my humble request and gentle reminder- Refund my entire On Road Price of Vehicle or Replaced my vehicle within 3 days else I would go for legal actions.
