Hawaii also didn't play at the fullest in the Pyramid. UCLA didn't played their fullest against Stanford. USC didn't play their fullest against Pepperdine. Playing at the fullest is a matter of opinion. Result dictates everything. Whatever anyone say, UH still lose twice in the Pyramid, LBSU lose the Big West Tournament, UCLA lose their #1 National seeding because of Stanford and Pepperdine eliminated USC.
In case you didn’t see the full match, the only reason Hawaii fans booed was because LB’s Nikolai wanted to fight UH’s Mouchlias for chirping at him, just as he tried to fight someone from UCI in their previous match for chirping at him as well. He’s very sensitive to words and needs to grow thicker skin. From that moment on every time Nikolai went to serve, the crowd booed him AND ONLY him. Everyone else they did standard noise distractions.
