Military option should be the last one, before that GOVT IN EXILE will give political & administrative advantage which ultimately create an image of support among the localities as well as our interest of peace and development in that sector will attract global support. After gaining local support and trust we have the option of military.

Brother if india go for a war then 100% sure india get loss by economy and by territory.
You say America is going from Afghanistan and India have chance to support Afghan government. This is insane for india.if you are interested in happily move indian troops to Afghanistan for Afghanistan government support. But once remember Afghanistan history what happened with 31 country NATO forces and america or Soviet Union. I think Pakistan and Afghan Taliban will happily welcome indian troops in Afghanistan. In this scenario india will lost its troops it's economy it's image and maybe it's territory

Pok coming into India is a lengthy process. First we need to develop faith of J&K, by inducing good Education system, Infrastructure, Health System and Job opportunities. This leads to faith.
But still, China has invested good amount for CPEC and one road to central Asia. International support is scarce as China is involved. Every one wants strategic alliance with China as it is the biggest exporter of cheap goods. War is not the solution as all are Nuclear Powers. Only if Gilgit people want to merge, than only this will happen and Pak will always see that they hate India.
All major players has their own reasons to keep Pok as it is.

In 1972 Shimla Agreement India and Pakistan agreed that no party shall alter the line of control unilaterally.
Invading or attacking pok will violate the shimla agreement. And pakistan will get a chance to take this matter to UN and conduct a plabesite.
So maintain Status quo. Respect Line of Control. Both India and Pakistan should keep what ever they have. No side can forcefully take over each others territory.
Yes. In future if again 1971 like situation arises then India have a good chance to take over pok.

I think India and Pakistan should finalise the LOC as the permanent border and move on with our lives. Europe ended this territorial and war mindset after WW2 and have become a lot more mature and a lot less nationalistic in their thinking. India and Pakistan shouldn’t act primitive anymore. The more India, China and Pakistan prolong this, the more successful Britain’s actions seem. So, all three countries should just resolve this with mutual give and take and then aspire to become like Europe where they compete at athletics, innovation, etc. Currently we are in a situation where india and Pakistan are both spending on military but no one is fighting and finishing this. India doesn’t invade POK and Pakistan isn’t invading Indian Kashmir. If both militaries are not doing what they are being funded for, by the regular hard working middle class people on both sides, then how is military expenditure justified? So many generations of people have come and gone, and these territorial problems still linger. It’s a shame.
PS: One blunder in this video- India spends 2.5% of its GDP on defence. Not sure what the source for the 35% claim is. The highest India spent was in 2021 which is 13.5%, probably because of the trouble with China, but it’s expected to be 3% to 4% starting 2022. Even this expenditure needs to be avoided by resolving issues.
