If you facing problem holding the ice, instead of buying a ice roller, simply- In a small glass/any glass, pour filtered water till half fulled. Then put that glass in freezer till the ice is completely freezed. Then remove the ice from glass. After that hold that ice will the help of towel and rub it on your face. This is a very free and simple way.
I still don't get it why people make the video in sunlight with filters, like come on, make it in room light, everything look glowy in sunlight with iPhone bruh.!! 😮💨
Hey I just wanted to let you know that directly putting ice on your face is not the solution you should like, you can hold it with a handkerchief or a cloth.
@@ammarakhan5111you cant use pure lemon juice on skin but once you mix it with rose water it gets diluted and its pH becomes compatible with skin and can be used one part lemon juice and atleast 3 parts rose water

I have tried using ice on face for about a week at first i got a very compacted smooth skin and at the end of the week like on the 6th and 7th day it got my face dried out like hell, it even developes cracks and scrathes and irritated skin may be it doesn't works for all skin u need to know for how many consecutive days ur skin allows ice
Cold is always good for inflammation, sinusitis is an inflammation of the sinuses, unless you have fever because of the infected sinuses the ice won't do any harm.

Don't apply ice directly onto skin, wrap it in cotton thin cloth then try. Direct ice can break skin barriers.
