Training Speaker Identification Models in Python with Speakerbox

This is a quick toy example of training a speaker identification model in Python using audio clips with the Council Data Project Speakerbox library.
In this example we use the Speakerbox library to quickly annotate a dataset of audio clips from the show The West Wing and train a speaker identification model to identify three of the characters (President Bartlet, Charlie Young, and Leo McGarry).
