You need to go to Www.daad.de and in the requirement/registration section you will know if the univeristy requires application my Uniassit or Direct.
Mostly univeristies which allows direct applications are free.

Minimal prerequisite is a cumulative undergraduate grade point average (CGPA) of 75% or 3.00 GPA on a 4 point scale and ranking in the top 10% of the graduating class. Do not apply if you do not satisfy this requirement! (WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY RANKING IN TOP 10% OF THE GRADUATING CLASS - I have 3.10 cgpa with 71% and ranked in top 20% not in 10%, am I Eligible apply) KINDLY REPLY!

It's better to apply after completing Bachelors. Because most of the univeristies don't accept 7th semester transcripts.

Helpful Haseeb. Wonder how good it will be if you can afford to travel and visit different universities, and interview Pakistani/Indian students. This will surely help the audience looking for their Required piece of information. Again, it's a personal suggestion/request. Know how much hectic and time consuming this can be. But I appreciate they way, Niklesh Dure (MensPro) & Muneeb (Muneeb Rana Podcasts) have been doing. Such a great job, I mean very engaging and eloquent learnings & vital information covering different aspects. If you can't travel all way to big cities like Dortmund, Munich, Dresden etc. You can start from Universities in the region of Frankfurt. The way you engage audience and share helpful information is worth appreciating. You can make it more interesting xD

They r asking for top 10% rank certificate as a minimum criteria. What if my college or university doesn't provide such a letter?
There is no need to provide this proof.
Only requirement is CGPA. If your CGPA is below 3 and still you are among top 10% then you have to prove it somehow.
@@HaseebAli This doesn't appear to b correct. The minimum eligibility criteria on their website clearly says that u have to have CGPA of at least 3 and b in the top 10% of your class. Both r required conditions and neither is optional. I know of a student who has a CGPA of 8.3 and had good LoRs etc but his University/institute didn't provide any ranking certificate. And he got rejection within 1 week of application (which was 2 weeks before the application deadline).
I got admission even though I did not give prof of being among top 10% students. That's all I can say about it. Best of luck sir.

Not in those course where I have written 7 bands, because they have explicitly mentioned IELTS 7 bands.
But there are alot more univeristies and courses in which you can Apply.

Yes. Most of the univeristies accept electrical engineering students in CS courses.
One example is master in HIS from Frankfurt University.
