- This is the world premiere of ‘Sing Gently’ for upper voices (SSA) recorded live by three choirs performing four hundred miles apart within the state of California. Recorded live on JackTrip Virtual Studio, Eric conducts singers from the Southern California Children’s Chorus, San Francisco Girls Chorus and Ragazzi Boys Chorus.

I had the privilege of doing this song in SATB format for the massed virtual choir in 2020. Thank you so much Eric Whitaker for composing this lovely piece of music!
A beautiful marriage between singer, accompanist, conductor and composer…”set me as a seal upon thy heart.” (Song of Solomon). The reprise with piano and string quartet that follows takes us to heaven and back. Bravo!

A hefty goal that would be, but if it could be done and really feel like everyone is in the same room while maintaining the beauty of blend and resonance within the hall. That would be absolutely brilliant!
