Wigor is one of my favorite up and comers in the world, but Victor took him to school here. Wigor has a solid foundation and is creative as well. However, I think he may could benefit from slowing it down some (being more defined in his movements), working on some toprocks and flowing to the beat moreso than hitting the beat.
I'd disagree his foundation needs some work, too dependent on certain movements and it comes as repetitive. As you mention he doesn't adjust his tempo, usually looking too fast. But I agree, he's going to be a star 100%
