This is custom build Pa subwoofer speaker cabinet project - do it yourself 18" inch RCF high performance speaker: RCF LF18X401 1500w subwoofer driver.
From this system you can get extremely insane response, feel bass with your body and get insane loud sound music.

it's not a basshead set, it's well balanced, because front speaker can give very high sound pressure and therefore need a big sub.

Start to save money, and after a while, you can afford a much bigger setup :)
ArtūrsM Only place I can buy this kind of stuff is on Amazon and the skipping is usually twice the price of the product. I've got a surprisingly good 6.5" Philips sub in a custom box I stole from the DD website and it sounds as good as a $150 5.1 setup can sound.

What do the big holes (like the one you put the toy in) do? What exactly is their purpose?
It's a bass reflex ports - is a type of loudspeaker enclosure that uses a port (hole) or vent cut into the cabinet and a section of tubing or pipe affixed to the port. This port enables the sound from the rear side of the diaphragm to increase the efficiency of the system at low frequencies as compared to a typical closed box (Sealed-Box) loudspeaker or an infinite baffle mounting(from wiki). Why did you go with 3 bass reflex ports instead of 2 or just having a opening like on the 8004-AS?
8004-AS have two big ports, I have 3 smaller, there main factor is area of ports.
I believe it's just one big port with a piece of wood for bracing, rather than two separate ports. But I see what you mean. Have you done a db reading? It must be pretty good

Is the crown amp powering the sub or the rcf speakers and the sub
crown amp with DSP powering pa satellite speakers and for sub I use powersoft digimod 1500 with DSP.

15" can't move so musch air/bass, it's for midbass, not subwoofer.

exactly, car subs have very low sensitivity, typical 89dB/1w, PA speakers about 99dB/1w - this is a cosmic difference. Car speakers using car interior compression, that
in the low frequencies are around from +10 to +20dB.

I think the most impressing PA sub is the fohhn ps9. It's not cheap (~12000€ per unit) but it is as loud as 6 conventional 18 inch subs can be (145db measured) and compact as a normal dual 18 Pa sub. It's a single 21 inch 8,5kw bandpass, digital controlled chassis with xmax of 76mm (nearly 3inches). The ps9 plays from 28hz to 110hz (-3db). I've never seen such a nice sub before... So forget about car hifi in pa..
Pa have more Db.. that car subs ..:D

you should have made it a dual 18inch sub
for dual 18inch need almost twice a box volume, better I build one more copy of this sub. Easier to carry and can use separately for smaller space.
Seeing that rag doll end up inside the chamber has me thinking your speakers may be experiencing what I call flapping "Moving air being slammed out of phase to the drivers actual momentum" the result is a harsh response at certain resonant frequencies possibly heard at around 0:40, 2:24, and 2:58 in your video, Mind you testing indoors like that rather than outdoors at significant output levels, could be vibrating nearby walls and or furniture "I'm curious why no windows broke for you" Anyway if you find this harshness at certain frequencies when doing a sweep test outdoors, an easy fix is to get some good quality Speaker sound absorbing stuffing and lining the entire internal back panel, if one layer isn't enough.. Two layers should sort it out, mind you with two layers your Bass response may deepen or Eg: go down from I'm guessing 40Hz to at least 30Hz or dawg knows how good your woofers are and thus may even go as low as 18Hz "just watch nearby windows though"..

Techscrew oh really!!? You must know something I don’t for sure. Where does one get a power soft amp? And what are they running cost wise? I can’t find much on them online. But I’ve literally been experimenting with this recently.
I’ve been ridding myself of the bulky large subs and going for smaller more efficient subs. But the wattage they need to sound the same as let’s say a 1000 watt 18” is almost 50% more.

Well, that's good, but why PA? PA woofer are high sensitive, but doesn't go as deep as hi-fi woofers compared for the same price. I saw someone mentioned car woofers... they are awful... Boomy bass.
Pa subwoofers are so fast, they are very light, very musical, typical 15" PA sub mms is 158grams, for example car 15" sub mms is about 243grams, so they sound boomy, feels like big bass, but real fast kick to your body you do not get from car sub, just boomy bass to your ears. And of course sensitivity, for PA sub need 4x time less power, to get the same sound SPL dB. Also 15" pa sub voice coil is about 4", car sub just 2.6".
HiFi are middle path, but if you want get adrenaline and FEEL music, then the right way is custom PA. Two PA 18" or 21" sub go as deep as you need a doctor after one good bass track.
ArtürsM even 12" pa woofers can go really deep in the right enclosure (28hz and lower)
Great info guys. A PA driver will defo get a lot louder under the same power compared to a car sub. ANd with some nice DSP, EQ and tuning you can make it sound very very very good

I Do not Agree With You, because for 800$(New xti2000 price) you got very powerful amp (2x650w at 8ohm/2.4kw bridge at 8ohm) very good for bass, amazing good Damping Factor better than 500, very lightweight amp for this power and biggest sweet is full DSP sound processing.
It got some really good specifications, but it's a really unservicable amplifier with a lot of problems.
to much midbass. no lows. unless your microphone sucks.
