First-Time Stacker Drives 250 Miles to Buy Silver and Gold and BURY IT ALL IN THE GROUND!!

- In this video my bullion dealer sells silver and gold to a "virgin stacker" who plans on burying the precious metals in the ground when he gets home! He only wanted cull, circulated, or scratched up scrap silver and gold--"nothing purdy" he says! Is he handing his gold and silver right? Is the ground the best place for him to stack his precious metals? Tim Marschner of The Coin and Stamp Shop also talks with other customers buying and selling their silver. One customer gets an appraisal of all kinds of semi-numismatic silver and collectible coins. Do the premiums hold up? Does he convert his collectible silver to .999 fine silver? Watch and find out!! Never before has stacking precious metals been as important to do as it is today. Protect yourself from out-of-control governments, evil central banks, and the failing US dollar's grip as the world's reserve currency. Make sure you build a stack of silver rounds, silver bars, silver coins, and gold coins as essential barter and wealth preservation!

#Silver #Gold #BuriedTreasure
Hey Yankee, just watched my 1st ever appearance on y-tube,.... I've been starring at these beautiful gold coins, 'n runnin' my fingers through yer silver dimes,.😏... won't be long, 'n the frost will be outa the ground, 'n I can bury this stuff,... been lookin' into buildin' that ground vault we talked about,... Say Hi to Tim for me, 'n a big Thank You, to you both,..... Bondo...
Thanks, Bondo! It was great to meet such a wonderful guy on his first stacking journey! 👊🏼
Junk silver is on of my favorite ways to buy silver...I bought 56 1964 Quarters at my LCS today.
Not sure if you have your container figured out yet, but Amazon has some nice stainless time capsules… I have one holding 150$ miscellaneous junk. The allure of piracy is strong! Arg!!😂😂
Let’s see pay tax or road trip to visit Tim and Yankee?. Everybody in the car were taking a road trip.
Man I can't wait till I'm able to drive up there
I would walk 500 hundred miles and I would walk 500 hundred more just to buy some gold and silver at Tim's store
Well, did you?
I see what you did there. 😊. The Proclaimers.
I wish I could!!
I’d walk maybe 2 miles personally
Much better to make a phone call.😂
Well Yankee, you have hit the big time, including Tim. The interview that you had with Tim got aired on a radio station that I listen to here in Colorado. It was the interview recently about Tim's bank closing his account. They played the whole interview and it was great to hear it again.
Really? What station?
@@YankeeStacking Did they not get your permission? I don't want to get anyone in trouble
I've been a subscriber of yours before you had a thousand subscribers. I remember the video that you someone in a parking lot and bought gold from them and you were packing. They broadcast everything back on CZcams after the show
@@silverliner4894 Thwy didn’t ask but don’t worry. I am not going to complain.
@@YankeeStacking Google KHNC 1360. They just started doing CZcams under The Patriot Radio News Hour on CZcams. They did promote your CZcams channel on the Radio
This Maine citizen is a Legend. I would travel to Maine just to chill with him
The man from Maine is someone I understand. Gold and Silver are hard currency if and when you need it. If that happens, milk spots and scratches don't mean squat.
Numismatic perfection commands a premium.
@@tomproctor.archiveonly during opulent times
This guy is 100% correct, doesn’t matter what it looks like, just want metal with as low of a premium as possible.
Another day of honest education with Yankee and Tim 🤝
Blessings to you both and everyone who reads this 🙏🏼🕊️💞
That guy looks like a Captain from the Revolutionary Army from the OLD days!!!!!
I just love it!!!!!!!!!!
That guy from Maine is a real trip! Awesome to see people making good decisions.
Thats dedication! Driving that far. Heck ya build that stack
LOL, Tim sure has some really neat characters stop by. This fella from Maine Is sure on a mission. I have had a chuckle-smile on my face since this post started. Great fun Yankee, great FUN !
Love the new stacker from ME. Welcome (officially) to the stacking community. I stack like you do… it’s only about weight, purity, and low premiums. Good luck!
Tim is as honest as the day is long!!!!
Love Tim making fun of Yankee’s sticker! LOL You are going to have to up your game there Yankee!🤣🤣🤣
😂👌🏼
Tim has quite a humorous side to himself. Loved the video
This video answers a question I've had since watching this channel. "Where are all the customers?"
When you come see Tim it's like no one else is there --- ever. I'm sure now that I just happened to see an empty store on the shows I watched...
but this show does have just real average customers, which is nice Yankee.
I was the 1st customer that day, another guy got there shortly after, then Tim opened up some minutes later,....
Tim started readyin' my junk silver, 'n a couple more fine folks showed up, then Yankee wandered in the door,...
I had a Great day, in the company of some mighty fine fella's,..... Thanks again to Tim, 'n Yankee,.....
Greetings from British Columbia, Canada! Don't forget to stack a little extra food as well. Gold and Silver look much more shiny on a full stomach...
Luved the man from Maine! Luved his attitude towards metals, "...don't care what they look like, just that their pure silver or gold..." Thanks for a great show Yankee & Tim!
❤. Tim’s sense of humor is amazing ❤
Oh my goodness !!! Im HONORED !!!
Thank you guys so much !!! 🙏🙏
Way to go MSJ!👍
You’re welcome buddy!! 👌🏼
@PocketChangeInspector 😁😊
Please tell Tim thank you for me @YankeeStacking 😊
Tim loves coins even much more than he knows himself. Coins are his life. He should never stop. Under no circumstances should he ever let himself be discouraged, not even by banks or by the government. For the coins are Tim's best friends forever. They love him and have always treated him well. They're part of his family !
Always nice to watch when you recognize one of the patrons as being from your community. Fellow Mainah here!
😂😂😂😂 Love Tim's comment, "your cheap sticker".
Another great entertaining video. We will be waiting to Thursday or Friday for another one....😊
Yep. Wealth preservation. No inheritance tax. No nursing home stealing. No relatives snooping through the bank accounts because there isn't a whole lot in there. Just remember that in your documents death you let someone you want to have the stuff know that you have stuff like this and where to find it.
There is no inheritance tax unless you live in one of those 6 states that still impose one . Also even in those states it requires a high inheritance to trigger a tax but a trust can help .
Also even if there was a tax the gold and silver would be included in the estate.
@@toledojeeper2932 I'm in Pennsylvania and we have an inheritance tax.
Also, if a person has several million and reportable, then the federal government gets involved.
@@beebob1279 …lol , the threshold for federal inheritance tax is over $13 million for individuals.
Once again a trust can help with inheritance taxes both federal and state .
But again your gold and silver isn’t exempt from taxes .
@@beebob1279 ..Gold and silver is not exempt from any tax .
A trust will help with any inheritance tax in those states .
The threshold for federal inheritance tax is over $13 million per individual.
Just goes to show you.....Stackers are fun & entertaining people!!! Happy to see another newbie wake up and start getting involved in REAL MONEY !!!!
I bought 56 1964 quarters today from my LCS....and a Pink Panther 60th one ounce silver coin
I, literally, could listen to Tim all day.
Gotta love when Tim gives you grief. Lol. Guess it's time for you to get some channel magnets also. Tim needs one for his safe. :)
You know yankee we should talk about you referring the supply customers to us vs Amazon. We are one of the largest supply dealers in the United States and we sell on several platforms. We carry all guardhouse products and buy straight from them.
We did kick Amazon to the curb this year. But have website and ebay anchor store both. But we certainly could work a deal with you.
Email me!
100% ditch amazon! Don't feed the beast!
I haven't seen yer website(that I know of) but if I were to buy from you,....
I'd be back to paying the state of Maine their 5.5%, like every other web seller,....
I'd rather blow a days trip to go see Tim, 'n the chance of runnin' into Yankee again,....
Warren Buffet: " dig it up only to bury it again, a Martian would scratch his head"
Lmao stacker soap and meteorites! Prime content.
THe Mainer Guy. is a Real Character -- He Should Set up a CZcams Channel and Show us around North ME. Woods, Take us on a Bear Hunt, and Show is some good Fishing Spots
That ending was hilarious! 😂
😝
I really like Tim and I Love watching Yankee Stacking and will even stop in and say hello to him when I am in New Hampshire. But his shop drives me crazy I am OCD all those stamp supplies sell them off they are dead money and dead space, clean that place up and organize.
I’m laughing so hard. My BP goes up seeing all what I imagine is in those boxes. 😊 Yankee is going to sneak in one night and straighten it up.
The Mainah is the epitome of the northern New Englander. VT, NH, & ME….all the same dialect and old Yankee mentality. Self sufficiency & “don’t tread on me” mindset. The best.
Ayuh,...... I identify as a Maineac,.....😉
Great video! I love Tim’s sense of humor with his serious business attitude. Thanks so much and I’m looking forward to the next.
my dad buried his stack in the 50s & 60s. he lived thru the 30s. I learned from him.
Yeah I think it’d be worth the drive with the amount of money he save. 5.5% tax on PM’s is high. I don’t have any tax in my state, couldn’t imagine having to pay extra for that. Great video Yankee. I’ll have to send you some stickers and magnets.
I think having our own ‘mines’ out back is a great idea!
I tell you what God bless you Yankee and Tim you both put a smile on my face.
You can open the boxes just don’t take the boxes unless you pay for the boxes Love them boxes God bless America Again
No, gold and silver are better for when the crap that hit the fan has settled, not during the spraying
The spraying 😂
Exactly, very little bartering would take place during that time.
Yankee, Tim is a comedian for sure! When he went to put your sticker on the safe it went to the floor! 🤣🤣🤣
Tim that was priceless at the end after you put the sticker on the same and then tried to put yankees on and when it fell of you said , what kind of cheap sticker is this. I was laughing out loud.
I love getting to see the good relationship between Yankee and Tim. I like this channel more and more. I would love nothing more than to purchase from Tim's shop in person, but being from Grand Rapids, Michigan I think that a check may have to suffice.
Burying it is one of the best ways to protect it.
Maine man has the right idea.
Wonderful video. Everyone is always so happy in Tim's shop. It's a great joy watching these videos. If ever I get the chance to visit the States, Tim's shop would be my first destination.
Cool buyer and I agree with him.
At the beginning of the video the man said he wasn't looking for anything pretty at all made me think what my dad told me as a young man. "Beauty may be skin deep, but ugly goes clear to the bone." With that said I don't want any ugly silver considering you may be holding and looking at it for decades waiting on another run up. That's just my take but what do I know, I'm old..LOL. Thanks for another .9999 fine video Yankee and Tim. Life is good....God Bless
Thanks!!!
Way to go Bondo!
Looking forward to your next run to Tim’s!
Can’t wait to see what your next purchase is.
lol. Nice job Yankee!
Keep Stacking!
Excellent report 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great videos from the coin shop , its like being there 😊
He was right to drive on saving money on sales tax. 500 mile round trip, probably driving a truck, 18mpg, probably a 100 on the gas at least. Just the quarters he saved money on tax vs not driving down.
love you video keep stacking
Awesome content thanks 😊 👍
Such a good video, ended with a big smile. Thanks Yankee. Just sat down to talk with my son and saw a new video so we both watched. Good times, thank you!
Aw! And tell your son I’ll send him a sticker if he gives me his address.
@@YankeeStacking Will do, Thanks again Yankee! My son said he would send you an email. Haha, love it!

Nice video. Nice to see a new stacker/midnight gardener.
Hi Yankee ,love your channel, you and Tim are where a great deal of my solid information comes from ,thank you for that😁. I'm a new stacker, about six months. If just hit the 100oz Mark today !!,most of witch are rounds ,and oz bars . Again thanks for what you do ,Ray in Canada.
As a first time stacker, I’d like to say thank you for the video.
another great video , Had me laughing with the sticker against the safe LOL
At 3:58 there was some danish silver. I hope i can bring some Norwegian silver or gold coins to toy one day Tim 😁 I also went to Malta some time back and bought back a sterling soverign, which they used when they where a part of the british colony. There was a elderly couple who made sterling Silver jewlery, and I spoke to the guy a bit, and out of the blue he went and took out complete collection of 1.5 oz silver sports coins from Vancouver. My first real encounter in a shop like that, but memories for life for sure! ❤🎉😊
Paying sales tax on physical precious metals is just plain wrong
Thank you gentlemen for the video.
back to where you once belonged. Thank you Sir McCartney
Just a great channel. Tim. Yankee. Love it. Going to visit from Toronto in the springtime
That was a Fun Video!
I love to watch Americans being smart and hedging themselves against the coming collapse!
The ending 😂 love it!
Cool! Always enjoy.
I hope the delivery guys are packing heat when they haul Tim’s stuff to him
THAT'S AWESOME!!!
Thanks for sharing
Hey Yankee, you were just pointed out by another customer about the meteorite in Tim’s store. I collect those too. Easy to hide your wealth in a rock most ppl would ignore, but they are not easy to barter with of course. I sell them to other collectors or museums
Awesome video yankee! thank you, keep it real.
LOL. Loved it at the end when he put your sticker on the safe and it fell off followed by what he said. You guys have a great channel.
Thanks 👌🏼
Another great video Yankee.
14:52 One of those should be on everyone's list, if they are serious about stacking.
Think of it as a long term investment towards the ultimate stack.
They only set you back a little (in the long run), but can pay for themselves when buying from or selling to individuals.
Some smart shoppers, always fun at Tim's!
How cool @ my silver journey!
IKR?!
I tired burying a safe in the summer and everything seemed fine. In the winter I wanted to bury another beside it. I did not get down very far and dug sludge. Then hit an underground stream and water was just gushing around the buried safe. And it was completely submerged. During recovery the only thing that happened was a little toning on the bars.
If you dont mind water then its no problem but just beware of water tables in the winter.
Use Schedule 40 or 90 from your Home Depot, cap one end(that's going into ground first) then cement connection for screw cap. Make sure to use silica gel to take care of any condensation. Buried 2-feet deep. Then 8-10 inch from top throw in some broken screw drivers, bottle caps, old screws nails. This throws off Scavenger hunters that might be playing with metal detector.
@@al77288 Great tip thanks.
I'd have to drive at least 48 hours from my town in Canada to his shop. 4146.9 kilometers. Miles?😢 And I don't trust the post office.😅 Don't have a credit card but I'll figure a way.
I did that too at my parents house I had a Tree company make a Hole 20 yrs ago ..You obviously keep some above Ground. I remember obtaining Eagles & Maples for $7 thats when I originally Backed up the Truck ...SILVER aint scrap waatch SILVER Blow Past Stupid GOLD ..Holy SILVER Rules
Burying gold and silver is one of the worst things you can do! The weight will cause whatever you bury it in to sink into the soil to the point you'll never find it. As a placer gold miner, the good stuff is always deep!
what a cheap sticker that was! :) nice one Tim, always making me laugh.
A sales tax on real money. Disgusting. They don't charge sales tax in my state.
SHHHHH!!! Don't give them any ideas
Another time we see new folks getting into stacking! The only issue I have with burying your metal is making sure that people you trust in your family know it's there. I can only imagine how terrible it would be to learn that when you sold your parents house that you gave away thousands of dollars in metals to someone for free!
Also, meteorites are pretty cool. I didn't know Tim had any. I guess you didn't either, Yankee 😅
Ayuh,.... That info goes in my will,..... ya know,.. 20 paces due east of grandma's ole apple tree,....😉
Burying bullion is not a bad idea. It is probably the safest way to secure it.
May have to take a vacation to NH some time. Just looked it up, its about a 17 hour drive or a little over a 1000 miles one way from Southern Indiana. Would be worth it and funner though compared to what I have around here.
That was a funny ending 😂 (sticker falling down)
At some point soon i will be driving from WI to buy from Tim..
Hi Tim,Yankee Great information in your videos. Thank you ! FJB 💕😺😺
The guy from Maine bought at the right time prices went straight up afterwards =)
Another great video
Great video.
Nice i started stacking 1 year ago i plan on keep going at it hard
Tim is a hoot!
I live in MA, want to move to NH. I’ll have to stop by Tim’s shop.
